HDC Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Christmas Lights

Description

Horsham District Council (The Council) invites tenders for the supply, installation and maintenance of Christmas lights as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 4th October 2023 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years & 4 months until 31st January 2026, with an option to extend for a further 2 year period subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council. The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The Council has a budget of £22k for the supply and installation of Christmas lights for each Christmas period within the initial contract term (£66k total) which must not be exceeded. There will be a similar budget available for the 2 year extension period.
