Multiply - Numeracy Skills for Business is being delivered by Calderdale College, led by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority as part of the Mayor's ambition to make West Yorkshire the best place to work, learn and live. The College is seeking to appoint a provider, or providers, of training services to deliver bespoke, non-accredited numeracy related training programmes to businesses and organisations who employ individuals who live in West Yorkshire and are aged 19+. This includes: o courses designed to cover specific numeracy skills required in the workplace and to increase confidence with maths, improve labour market outcomes and increase the number of adults going on to achieve maths qualifications o creation of numeracy champions embedded within the workplaces to identify, support and triage colleagues' numeracy needs and provide mentoring/buddy support and signposting.
