Description

NES successfully established a quality assured framework of executive coaches within the NHS Scotland in 2015. This Executive Coaching tender will continue to support national leadership priorities and national leadership development programmes, as well as providing a national resource for individual NHS Scotland Boards to draw on for their executive coaching needs. NES will appoint a number of executive coaches to this framework agreement. The duration of the contract will be for 2 years initially, and may be extended for two further periods of up to 12 months each to a maximum of 24 months, subject to the agreement of NES and the supplier.
