Gloucestershire County Council and the Carers Partnership Board define a carer as "someone of any age who provides support to or looks after a family member, partner, or friend who needs help/assistance due to frailty, physical or mental illness, addiction, or a disability and cannot cope without this support. This also includes someone who receives a Carer's Allowance and/or cares for someone who receives an Attendance Allowance. However, it does not include someone paid to provide care or volunteer."
This Service shall support adult carers who are 18 years and older.
One Gloucestershire recognises the importance of supporting carers and their role within the ICS. Without carers, the demand for health and social care Services would substantially increase.
The commissioned Adult Carers Service shall:
• Actively reach out to those in caring situations and encourage carers to register with the support Service
• Support carers and professionals to achieve the outcomes outlined in the Carers Partnership Board Action Plan (see figure 1)
• Provide personalised, flexible, adaptive, and creative ways of meeting carers' needs
• Listen to carers, actively encourage feedback and where appropriate act on this feedback
• Offer the best value for money, whilst meeting statutory requirements
• Work with carers and stakeholders to meet outcomes.

Little Petherick Viaduct Refurbishment - Camel Trail Nr Padstow Cornwall
Corserv Solutions Ltd -Cormac Division wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake major refubishment works at Little Petherick Viaduct Camel Trail nr Padstow under an NEC3 Contract. Cormac will be acting as Principal Contractor for the major refurbishment works planned to start in early Autumn 2026. The works will see the viaduct stripped of paint, ironwork repaired and the structure repainted. Cormac are also the designers and will be working with the successful tenderer to finalise the scaffold design, the structural design, and the AIP approval process to ensure this is in place prior to construction works commencing. It expected that the successful tenderer will promote a collaborative approach to agreeing extent of repairs, method of repairs and issues relating to the impact of the works on the local community and trail users. The Authority utilises a variety of different vessels to deploy containerised AUV equipment with deck types including:

The Authority requires a set of modular Integration Frames to integrate the AUV capability onto a host vessel, that can be stored within a separate ISO container and deployed to the vessel for assembly. The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (WECA) is seeking to commission a supplier for a Residential Solar collective buying scheme across the West of England region. Covering the local authority areas of Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset. This project is in support of WECA’s Growth Strategy priorities to increase clean and renewable energy and decarbonise homes across the region by 2035. The scheme will drive down installation costs for homeowners in owner-occupier properties through collective purchasing of solar panels, batteries and other low carbon technologies. With the aim of accelerating deployment and increasing energy resilience in the community across the region and providing homeowners with a financially viable, convenient and fast-tracked solution.
The supplier will be expected to utilise and develop skills in the local workforce, run a marketing campaign and be responsible for customer journey ensuring that all aspects of the pre and installation phases are completed to a high standard as well as providing good customer service post installation and ensure a timely rectification of any defects following the installations. The supplier will be expected to work with WECA to maximise customer access to the scheme and delivers Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) outputs.
The supplier will deliver and install at least 500 domestic solar systems across the West of England by 31 July 30 October 2027.
The estimated contract value is based on 1,800 installs over the maximum contract period.

Leidos, working with the MOD, will transform the way these services are delivered to ensure requirements continue to be met whilst providing best value for money for the department. The organisation delivering these services is known as Team Leidos.
Team Leidos would like to make markets aware that we are intending to consider approaches that could fulfill our requirement for the supply and support of portable pharmaceutical refrigerators for land operations.
The requirement is for a powered, portable capability with a minimum capacity of 45L. Solutions must be suitable for the safe cold-storage of pharmaceutical goods at +2°C to +8°C in extreme ambient temperature conditions. Solutions should be compatible with UK and overseas mains power supplies as well as 24V vehicle power. Solutions should be able to maintain stable cold-storage temperatures when disconnected from mains/vehicle power for several hours.

Following extensive drainage survey works at our recreation grounds, the Parish Council is currently working through a phased programme of drainage repairs and improvements. We are currently seeking tenders for a Foul Sewer scheme & associated civils works which will involve replacement of a section of foul sewer with a larger diameter pipe, installation of new inspection chambers and associated works. Also included is works to existing signage, installation of new speed ramps and some minor patching to the car park surface. Works are planned to be completed this summer and must be programmed around sports events at the site to minimise disruption.

The Authority is seeking quotations in relation to Devon Wide Traffic Data Journey Time & Travel Patterns using GPS Data. The Contract is anticipated to commence on 26th June 2026 and must be completed by 25th June 2027 unless terminated in accordance with terms of the Contract. Devon County Council is looking to procure a software that offers origin and destination traffic data, speed and journey time data for Devon county (including Torbay and Plymouth) from GPS signal data or an equivalent method such as mobile data.
