Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of a high quality and cost effective Education and Social Care Transport Service. The DPS Supplier Qualification Questionnaire (SQQ) will remain available for the duration of the DPS. The requirements will cover bus, taxi, minibus and wheelchair accessible vehicles. Falkirk Council are seeking to invite Passenger Vehicle Operators to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which will be used to procure transport related "service contracts" operated by Public Service Vehicles (PSV) including subsidised local bus services, home to school transport, and other education transport. It is anticipated that the DPS will run for a period of 10 years and that mini-competitions will be run under it. Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for suitably qualified training and development applicants to be appointed onto a flexible purchasing system (FPS) for the provision of a range of training solutions for the adult social care and public health workforce. Training solutions provided to the authority must be based on person-centred values and principles and support high quality services and improved outcomes for customers through the provision of a competent, capable, and skilled workforce. Adult social care comprises personal care and practical support for older adults who cannot manage the tasks of everyday life and for working-age adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or physical or mental illnesses. It also includes support for their carers and personal assistants. Public Health centres around protecting and improving the health of the population and the local community, through various means at all life stages to improve health outcomes for Rotherham residents. The audience may include wider public health workforce, businesses/ employers and/or residents themselves. The Learning and development FPS will provide the Authority with the opportunity to procure a range of services within the scope of learning and development. And will be split into 13 different lots, which are listed within this notice. The rules of the FPS permit additional lots to be added to the FPS, subject to remaining within the same scope.

The City of Liverpool College intends to create a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for training delivery partners for the Liverpool City Region. This provision qualifies under the Light Touch Regime. The College has opted to establish a DPS as it is deemed the most appropriate option to meet Its requirements and will enable a clear, consistent, and compliant route to market. The DPS will be open to new entrants throughout its lifespan (10 years).
