The City of Liverpool College intend to create a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for our Marketing provision over 4 x separate lots. Suppliers who are awarded a place on the DPS will be invited to participate in a further mini-competition for each of the 4 x lots.The DPS will be in place until such time as the College no longer requires it or it is replace by a revised DPS. CHIC publishes this Notice of an Amendment to be made to the DPS in pursuance of the original Notice 2017/S 135-277023 published in OJEU on the 14th July 2017. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority has put in place a Dynamic Purchasing Agreement (DPS) for services including but not limited to; the provision of marketing, communications, creative services, recruitment advertising and events for all UK central government bodies, wider public sector organisations and charities.

Wiltshire Council intends to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Passenger Transport Services. There will be 2 lots. Lot I, for vehicles with over 16 seats, covering home to school and public transport. Lot 2 will be for vehicles with 16 seats and under covering SEN, social care, and home to school transport. There will also be the option for Wiltshire Council to conduct reverse e-auctions and seek Drivers and Passenger assistants under this DPS, as outlined in the tender documentation. The DPS will run for an initial term of 5 years with an option to extend for any period up to a further 2 years, as defined and at the sole discretion of the Council. The DPS will open for applications from 15/08/2022. Call-offs for tenders under the DPS will commence from 01/12/2022. If a supplier's application is successful they will then be able to receive Call-offs / mini-competition documents and be able to bid for passenger transport services as outlined, as and when it becomes available under this DPS from 01/12/2022. The Council reserves the right to also tender passenger transport services outside of this DPS.

The Authority is further extending its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Telephony and Communication Services for an additional 24 months until 27 March 2028. The Dynamic Purchase System has been established on behalf of UK public sector bodies who have a need for the provision of data access services, to facilitate connectivity to the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) and additional network services. Non public sector entities may also use the DPS Agreement in order to (i) satisfy contractual obligations to one or more public sector bodies, all of which are entitled to use the DPS on their own account; or (ii) deliver Health and/or Social Care services to benefit the public. Successful bidders will be required to meet the published criteria including HSCN Compliance to be appointed to the DPS. Suppliers will also be asked to confirm whether they are capable of offering Public Services Network (PSN) compliant services, although this is not mandatory. Suppliers who are successfully appointed to the DPS will be invited to submit tenders by Contracting Bodies through a Call for Competition.

The AHSN NENC is one of 15 AHSNs across England which were created in 2013 in response to the Accelerate Access Review. The AHSN network acts at the interface between Industry, Academia and the NHS to support the adoption and spread of innovation at pace and scale, which in turn improves patient outcomes and generates economic growth. The AHSN NENC uses “The Innovation Pathway” as the model to illustrative the support that is on offer to innovators, from conceptualisation of their idea, through to its development, evaluation and adoption and spread by the health and care system. Each element of the pathway is described by a hexagon. The AHSN co-ordinates delivery of this support by commissioning the most appropriate partner with the necessary specialist expertise. During the pandemic the AHSN NENC revised the Innovation Pathway following a large-scale consultation process with innovators, current delivery partners and other important stakeholders in the regional ecosystem. A series of insight gathering workshops took place and helped to shape a revised version of the Innovation Pathway. We have increased the spectrum of services we offer to innovators adding additional hexagons to the pathway and have expanded our pool of delivery partners who can deliver these services. Many of the providers offer multiple services across the pathway. This has resulted in us creating a DPS to ensure an open, transparent, and competitive process for procuring services, and compliance with Procurement Regulations. The AHSN NENC uses the Innovation Pathway to articulate the services that can be provided to innovators to help them navigate the Innovation Pathway and commercialise their ideas. In many cases the AHSN will not deliver these services directly but will commission various delivery partners who can provide specialist services. The commissions will vary by duration, value and the type of support or assistance required.
