Portesbery School in Deepcut (Surrey Heath) were commissioned to provide Short Breaks services as part of the current service, initially with an annual grant to run after school clubs, which was increased to support a summer club as well. The scheme has been very effectively managed by Portesbery, delivering good performance in years 1 and 2 of the contract, with year 3 and year 4 disrupted by COVID.
