Resale of Lenovo X13 Yoga G2 Laptops

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), acting on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), is planning a procurement for the secure processing and resale of surplus MPS IT equipment, comprising of Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 2 laptops. The requirement will cover a fully managed, end‑to‑end service, including secure collection, processing, grading, controlled resale, rebate management, and management information reporting. Devices will be released in phased tranches, rather than as a single bulk disposal. Due to compressed timescales and the need to mitigate asset depreciation, security, and reputational risk, the Authority anticipates requiring a supplier capable of immediate mobilisation on contract award, with no reliance on an extended transition or familiarisation period. The Authority expects that suppliers likely to be suitable for this requirement will have prior experience delivering comparable services within the MPS or a UK policing or policing‑grade public sector environment.

Hannington Parish Council Play Project

Hannington Parish Council manages a well-used play area at Skinner's Close, however the entire site requires replacement of equipment, new seating, and consideration of how the space would be used optimally for different ages and abilities. Predominantly made of wood, the equipment currently requires high levels of maintenance or is nearing the end of life, while also needing some new play items to revitalize the space and experience. The site is located on a slope and divided into two level areas which can broadly be referred to as the 'Junior Space' and 'Toddler Space' due to the existing equipment within these zones. The safety surfacing is wetpour which seems to be in good condition, other than shrinkage on the edging. The two areas are separated by a wooden retaining wall which will need to be replaced in the future. Due to the potential cost and available budget to undertake a single refurbishment across the entire site, the Council is looking to stage this into two phases with the upper level 'Junior Space' being the initial priority. With some funding allocated to the project, the Council will be seeking additional funding from both the Local Authority and local businesses to secure the full allocated requirement.

Loan Management System

The British Business Bank (BBB) is the UK’s economic development bank, with a mission to make finance markets work better for smaller businesses. BBB typically operates on a wholesale basis, partnering with lenders within the existing financial ecosystem to increase the supply, diversity, and regional reach of finance available to UK SMEs. Start Up Loans (SUL) provides debt finance to support working capital and growth for the smallest and earliest stage businesses, driving sustainable growth and unlocking potential. Without SUL, BBB would be unable to support many entrepreneurs requiring the right type of finance to start and grow their businesses. Under the current operating model, SUL relies on a complex internal technology landscape combined with significant dependence on third party systems for loan disbursement, servicing, collections, and recoveries. This reliance restricts BBB’s ability to scale and to deliver a fully integrated and efficient lending operation. BBB therefore will become a direct lender and seek to procure a comprehensive Loan Management System (LMS) capable of fully supporting the organisation’s transition to inhouse lending operations. Tenderers are also directed to the Specification for the Project Requirements, as set out in Appendix 6 (Specification) of the Invitation To Participate (ITP). Staff Care Home Flu Vaccination Programme

Cheshire East Council is seeking to understand the level of market interest in delivering a Care Home Staff Flu Vaccination Programme for the 2026/27 flu season. We are at an early, exploratory stage of the process and are inviting providers to share their insight, capacity and interest in delivering this service across the Cheshire East area. The proposed service involves delivering on site flu vaccination clinics for staff working in approximately 98 care homes, supporting improved uptake, reducing staff illness and absence, and helping protect vulnerable residents by minimising flu transmission. All frontline care staff are eligible for a free NHS flu vaccination, and this programme aims to increase accessibility by bringing vaccination clinics directly into care home settings. We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified providers capable of offering a flexible, mobile, clinically safe and efficient vaccination service, delivered by appropriately trained staff and compliant with all relevant governance standards. Providers may express interest in delivering the programme across all Primary Care Network (PCN) areas, or in selected areas of their choice. At this stage, we are gathering market feedback to help shape the future procurement and service design. Participation in this engagement exercise does not form part of a formal procurement process, nor does it create any commitment for providers. Organisations interested in taking part in the Care Home Staff Flu Vaccination Programme soft market testing must express their interest in Chest Project DN812328 to access and download a copy of the questionnaire. Registration is free and can be accessed at https://www.the-chest.org.uk We kindly invite interested organisations to review the questionnaire and submit their responses to commissioning@cheshireeast.gov.uk by Friday 8th May 2026

The Royal Hospital Chelsea (RHC) seeks a suitably experienced supplier to provide a programme of high-quality communications content and paid media management. The service will combine regular video production with strategically managed paid placement (primarily via the Google Ad Grant and Meta fundraising tools) for a national UK charity to increase awareness, engagement, and measurable supporter actions. The overarching intent is to establish a sustainable, repeatable content and promotion model that delivers demonstrable value, with the ambition that the measurable benefits generated through paid promotion offset the cost of video production over the contract term.
