• Understand supplier capacity and capability to provide physiotherapy services, including injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance support, and pitch‑side first aid throughout the competitive season.
• Explore different delivery approaches, staffing models, clinical frameworks, and digital systems that suppliers would recommend for a university sports environment.
• Identify any risks, constraints, operational considerations, or interdependencies that the University should address early in the process.
• Use supplier insight to refine the service model, draft scope, and the final ITT specification and evaluation approach.

The Department for Transport ('Department') is looking to develop an, in-house, Freight Analysis and Modelling Environment (FAME), centred on a new national freight transport model. We expect FAME will have the following capability/characteristics:
• the ability to simulate the movement of freight flows, by both (aggregated) commodity and vehicles.
• be multimodal and include competition between road, rail and domestic shipping services.
• include both the domestic movement of goods, and also international maritime and rail services to the UK, including route choice for short-sea shipping and the channel tunnel services.
• the ability to forecast freight demand and flows into the future, based on factors including population and economic projections
• the ability to test different scenarios, based on a range of assumptions, to understand the impact on the national freight system.
• built in the Python programming language.
The Department is expecting to procure external support for the development of FAME this summer (2026) following an open procurement process. Ahead of this, we are looking to host a workshop where potential suppliers, or interested parties, are given an opportunity to share their thoughts on the Department's proposals for FAME. We hope this will ensure a realistic and feasible specification, timelines and contract terms, and also allow experts across industry to provide suggestions to help shape the specification.
BUDGET - TBC. Likely above threshold for services.
We have provisionally selected 6th May, 12:30 - 14:30 for the workshop to take place, and expect it to be an online event via MS Teams. Please note, if you cannot attend the workshop but still want to provide written feedback, please still confirm your expression of interest to receive the draft schedule of requirements.

Shropshire Council is considering its options to procure a secure, centralised and auditable way to manage social media activity at scale. An internal audit has identified risks associated with unmanaged direct platform access, unclear ownership, inconsistent branding and limited oversight, all of which can be mitigated through a single, role based system that controls access, records user activity and supports compliance with council policies and Terms of Use. We are seeking a management platform which enables efficient publishing, monitoring and moderation across multiple platforms, reduces reliance on individual staff logins, and supports rationalisation of dormant accounts to improve value for money. Crucially, it should also provide analytics and reporting that allows the Council to evidence performance, understand resident engagement and provide assurance to senior management.
This is a pre-market engagement document and is not a tender document. The outcome expected of this market engagement is to guide the Council's future procurement for these works, and for potential providers to put forward their interest, should this proceed to a tender stage in future.
It is intended that providers can submit comments about these documents which potentially could be used to assist us should this progress to a tendering stage.

Severn Trent requires a single, integrated waste water monitoring and alert platform. Relying on multiple standalone systems for different functions leads to inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and slower decision-making. A unified solution will provide complete network visibility, enable smooth data exchange across all components, and support faster, more effective operational responses.
The platform must be able to perform efficiently and accurately across our entire waste water network. Some context to this is provided below:
• Population served (sewerage): 8.5 million people across the Midlands and Mid‑Wales
• Number of sewage treatment works: 1,017 sites handling everything from small rural works to large regional plants
• Daily wastewater transport: 3.1 billion litres carried through c.93,000 km of sewer pipes (combined and foul)
The platform must combine all the following capabilities within one solution (not delivered as separate, disconnected modules):
• Pumping Station Monitoring: Delivers real-time insights into pump performance across the network, highlighting inefficiencies, abnormal behaviour, or potential failures to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability.
• Blockage Prediction: Uses flow and level data to identify unusual patterns that indicate potential blockages, enabling proactive maintenance before issues escalate into customer disruption or pollution.
• Customer Sewer Alarm (CSA): Provides early warning alerts for customer-facing areas of the network where blockages or overflows could cause property flooding. This includes monitoring both digital and analog pressure data to detect problems before customers are impacted.
• Burst Rising Main Detection: Accurately detects bursts in pressurised sewage mains to minimise pollution risk and operational disruption.
• Excess Water Detection: Identifies abnormal water ingress from sources such as rivers, groundwater, or misconnected rainwater, which can lead to spills, damage, and reduced efficiency.
• Network Spill Forecasting: Predicts spill risk based on rainfall, network capacity, and system behaviour, enabling early interventions to maintain compliance and reduce environmental impact.
• Sewage Treatment Works Monitoring: Provides early detection of process abnormalities and compliance risks by analysing key treatment parameters and storm‑tank behaviour, enabling proactive interventions to protect permit performance and environmental outcomes.
The platform must be a proven, commercially available product - not in early development or awaiting first deployment - and should have demonstrated successful results with other water companies, ideally within the UK and particularly with other WASCs. Severn Trent wish to consider products that offer the same functionality and scale as the systems in place within the business today; there will be no opportunity for ramp-up development.
The platform should ensure full compatibility with Severn Trent's existing sensor fleet and seamlessly integrates with core utility systems (including SCADA, telemetry, SAP, and GIS), meeting interoperability standards to interpret data from all current sensors and network devices. Severn Trent will not consider any platforms that require new sensors to be introduced and installed.
Severn Trent Water is a business that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Given the nature of this platform, Severn Trent Water are looking for a vendor who can offer enhanced software support and agreed service levels. Applicants who cannot demonstrate a suitable level of support will be rejected.
Belfast City Council is undertaking a Pre‑Market Engagement (PME) exercise in advance of a planned procurement for the manufacture, supply, and erection of street nameplates across the Belfast City Council area. The forthcoming procurement will update the Council’s existing specification to reflect current industry standards, modern manufacturing techniques, and available material options.
The contract is expected to include (but may not be limited to):
Manufacture of street nameplates in English‑only, alternative‑language‑only, and dual‑language formats
A range of base materials and construction methods
Lettering methods such as die‑pressed, digital print, cut vinyl, or hybrid approaches
Reflective, anti‑graffiti, and vandal‑resistant options
Supply and delivery of completed nameplates
Installation/erection of nameplates at locations across Belfast
As part of this PME, the Council is seeking information on current manufacturing methods, material options, durability characteristics, limitations relating to accents or special characters, and indicative cost positioning (not prices). Feedback will help inform the updated specification and ensure it aligns with production capabilities and supports fair competition.
Belfast City Council invite Suppliers to participate in this PME by emailing cps@belfastcity.gov.uk to request a copy of the PME questionnaire. Completed questionnaires must be returned by the deadline stated in the document. This PME is for information‑gathering only.
