Call Off from Procurement Hub Furniture and Furnishings Framework Agreement Lot 5
YHG made a direct award to FMS Interior Services Ltd through the Procurement Hub Framework Agreement 'Furniture and Furnishings Lot 5' under the terms of that Framework Agreement.
The requirement is for ad hoc purchasing of domestic furniture that will be supplied to YHG to furnish our properties.
This is not a live opportunity.
The required services are: change management support for a large-scale digital transformation programme. Including consultancy and advice for change management relating to YHG's Your System Programme, sentiment analysis, health checks, change assurance, change workshops with staff, and leadership support.
The services will be delivered both face to face at YHG offices and virtually online over a 2 year period between May 2026 and May 2028.
PRO0919 Integrated Housing and Asset Management System
Your Housing Group (YHG) are seeking to replace its existing software for housing management, asset management and repairs management and are seeking a new fully integrated system. This will include options to support Fix360, the YHG internal repairs and maintenance contractor, using integration to existing systems, or potential replacement options.
The aim is to efficiently consolidate and integrate solutions, onto a modern Cloud based platform to leverage efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsive browser presentation will be expected, to free staff to be more mobile and work more flexibly wherever required, on schemes, within offices or accessing systems securely from home. One other key goal is to provide excellent self-service facilities for tenants and other customers, whenever needed or desired. A Digital First and Cloud methodology is being pursued, across YHG. This makes the most of ICT investment, while potentially enabling staff to have access to solutions and applications, wherever they have connectivity. Cloud delivered applications proposed, will be expected to enforce high standards of Penetration Testing and compliance/adherence to the Cloud Security Principles.
PRO1033 - St Lesmo Court Communal Upgrade Works FY 25/26
Provision of Communal Upgrade works at St Lesmo Court not limited to:
i) The complete redecoration of all previously painted external surfaces and internal common parts to blocks and houses as set out in the address list;
ii) Pre-paint repairs;
iii) New floor coverings;
iv) Upgraded communal and emergency lighting to new LED systems in accordance with the drawings, deigns and specification at;
v) Renew or install new Ceiling tiles and Ceiling Grid, dispose of old from site;
vi) Renew or install new door entry system, warden Call, communal doors and
vii) FRA compliance works replacement of smoke detection (LD1/LD2), fire doors (FIRAS) and fire stopping (FIRAS).

Fire Engineer Services for Abbot's Wood (Priority Building)
YHG have made a below threshold direct award to OFR Consultants for Fire Engineer Services for our Priority Building Project at Abbot's Wood, Chester. OFR were previously engaged before the Procurement Act to advise on this site. Due to the complex nature of the services relating to fire safety and the need for consistency of advice, as well as the knowledge retained by the consultants, YHG are making a below threshold direct award under the Procurement Act for OFR to support on the Works stage of the Abbot's Wood Priority Buildings Project. The services will be delivered between September 2025 and November 2026.
Fire Engineer Services for Kingswood (Priority Building)
YHG have made a below threshold direct award to OFR Consultants for Fire Engineer Services for our Priority Building Project at Kingswood, Chester. OFR were previously engaged before the Procurement Act to advise on this site. Due to the complex nature of the services relating to fire safety and the need for consistency of advice, as well as the knowledge retained by the consultants, YHG are making a below threshold direct award under the Procurement Act for OFR to support on the Works stage of the Kingswood Priority Buildings Project. The services will be delivered between May 2025 and April 2026.
YHG require the services of a Fire Engineering Consultancy to provide third party advice and assurance in relation to fire and building safety. This includes carrying out external wall assessments (ESW1) and Fire Risk Appraisal of External Wall (FRAEW).
Your Housing Group - Responsive Repairs and Void Works 2024 - 2028
Your Housing Group (YHG) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced service providers to support their in house service for the completion of repairs, maintenance, minor works and disrepair works to properties and works to void properties across a wide geographical area including Staffordshire and the North West.
The Framework Agreement is split into 10 Lots with some providing specialist repairs and maintenance services.
YHG will be holding two Meet the Buyer Events relating to this procurement exercise, Friday 8th March in Warrington and Monday 11th March in Leek.
