The Company is looking for an experienced and competent service provider(s) for the supply and fitment of tyres for its LGV / HGV fleet .
The LGV / HGV classification will include all vehicles over 4500kg gross vehicle weight ("GVW") including but not limited to bulk tractor / trailer units, hook and skip lift wagons, refuse collection vehicles ("RCVs") and mechanical sweepers.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the servicing the tyres, enacting puncture repairs and other testing that may be required, to support a fleet of vehicles owned / leased and operated by the Company.
The Company requires a contractor to manage and deliver the environmental testing of samples taken from our network of open and closed waste management sites.
Yorwaste Ltd is seeking tenders for the purchase, delivery and three year maintenance of one (1) New, wheeled materials handling excavator. The successful supplier will be responsible for ensuring the equipment meets the specification requirements and must provide ongoing maintenance for a period of three (3) years following delivery.
All suppliers may submit a full tender. No pre qualification round applies. Suppliers must be registered on the Central Digital Platform (CDP) and share core supplier information with Yorwaste before the tender deadline, in accordance with Regulation 6 of the Procurement Regulations 2024.

In relation to the Public Contract Regulations 2015 regulation 34 (Dynamic Purchasing Systems), the Company is inviting Suppliers to tender for a multi-provider Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for the provision and maintenance of mobile plant to be utilised on a number of the Company’s waste management sites.
The scope of the DPS will be for the provision of a variety of mobile plant including excavators, loading shovels, tele handlers and fork-lift trucks.
NOTE: The original notice was to set up a 4 -year framework, however Yorwaste will now be operating a DPS (Initially for 4 years, with an option to extend for a further 4 years) instead.
