West Yorkshire Police are seeking to award a Body Worn Video Solution Framework Agreement to a single lot supplier. The framework agreement will be on the behalf of all Yorkshire and the Humber Police forces, and will be awarded for a period of 4 years. The following forces will be able to put a Call Off Contract in place for a maximum of 5 years, with an option to further extend up to a maximum 5 years (Maximum total of 10 Years). The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is tendering for the provision of Body Armour to Home Office Standard (2017) HO2/KR1 and HO3/SG1. The Combined Authority (CA) is advertising a tender on behalf of West Yorkshire Police (WYP) for the provision of Police Sale of Goods. West Yorkshire Police are leading a procurement exercise on behalf of the Yorkshire & Humber Police Forces and are seeking tenders from suitably experienced companies to provide a flexible, reliable and successful service for items (also referred to as 'property', 'property other than found', 'evidence' 'goods' ' Police owned assets' and 'exhibits), to replace the existing provision. These are to be safely and securely removed from the Force property stores at various locations throughout the West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire Region in order to be sold at auction in a manner that would generate maximum income and /or require valuation. Due to the handling of police goods which can be high risk and high value a formal route to market has been decided upon. It is a condition of the contract that full security clearance Non-Police Personnel Vetting NPPV Level 1, is in place prior to award of the contract. The Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner ("PFCC") for North Yorkshire and York, working in collaboration with City of York Council and North Yorkshire County Council are jointly procuring the delivery and provision of a consistent and high-quality outcome focused Domestic Abuse Support Services for victims, survivors, perpetrators and their children across the whole of North Yorkshire and the City of York. North Yorkshire is the lead organisation. The Services will be split into four (4) Lots: Lot 1 - Domestic Abuse Refuge & Safe Accommodation-based Services Lot 2 - Community-based Services for Victims of Domestic Abuse Lot 3 - Services for Perpetrators of Domestic Abuse Lot 4 - Services for Children & Young People Affected by Domestic Abuse The overall objective of the Services is to empower victims, survivors, perpetrators and their children to make informed choices about their safety, health, housing and any other identified related needs, rebuilding stability and resilience to move forward from the harm experienced

The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (PFCC) is inviting organisations to tender to provide Exploitation Support Services. The project is a service to support children and young adults who may be affected by exploitation. The service will offer cope and recovery support for victims and offer a prevention and early intervention service for those at risk of exploitation.

The Victims' Hub Service will provide a single point of contact for all individuals affected by crime in the Humberside region. The service will provide initial needs assessments and access to a range of support services through defined support and care pathways. This specification is for the delivery of a Victims Hub service for adults and children and young people (CYP). The purpose of the Hub is to provide a trusted service to those affected by crime and ASB that provides simple access to recovery services alongside guidance through the criminal justice system from statement to court. The service will provide tailored pathways for Humberside victims to access: - Guidance through the Criminal Justice System, improving justice outcomes - Wider recovery services including links with health and social care where appropriate The service will support or have a pathway for all individuals affected by crime. The definition of a crime will have a lower threshold than police forces as it will include all levels of ASB and where an individual is in need the service will endeavour to find a pathway to assist them. The overall aim of the service is to enable victims of crime to 'cope and recover' with the impact of the crime and to recover from the harm experienced in the shortest possible time. The purpose of the Victims Hub Service is to ensure the individual affected by crime receives the most appropriate service for their needs, in the most efficient way. This may be to offer advice and support within the service or to offer a referral and assessment approach for victims to access specialist advice, support and assistance as well as improve their health and wellbeing and their experience of the criminal justice system.

West Yorkshire Combined Authority is establishing a framework arrangement for a period of 4 years. The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (PFCC) is conducting a tender for the provision of Work Force Management (WFM) Software. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations"). The North Yorkshire Police (NYP) customer contact team faces unprecedented demand and is experiencing significant issues to adequately and efficiently manage resources to comply with national standards for call answering times. A review of the current situation has highlighted a number of opportunities, where the implementation of a Work Force Management (WFM) solution has been identified to support service improvement. Suppliers are invited to offer proposals using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model which meets the requirements set out in the tender documentation. The intention is to award any resulting contract for a period of 4 years with extension options of 5 periods of 12 months. All of the supplier's staff (and any sub-contractors) who shall have access to NYP premises and / or systems will be required to obtain Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 3 (NPPV3). The supplier who receives the highest score to the tender will be invited to provide a product demonstration to ensure suitability. This is anticipated to be between 13-18th December 2023.

The aims of the proposed service are to: • Support children and young adults (10-25 years of age) who have been victims of exploitation to cope with the immediate impacts of the crime and to rebuild resilience from the harm experienced • Contribute to the reduction in the number of missing from home incidents amongst children • Reduce the risk levels of individuals who are being exploited, or who are at risk of being exploited • Capture the voice of the child/young adult and ensure this is fed into local arrangements • Raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of all forms of exploitation • Improve outcomes for the individuals supported by the service, across a range of pathways

The provision of an adult and child ISVA and counselling services appropriate to victims' and survivors' needs, within a person-centred, trauma informed approach. Providing high-quality, timely and accurate information to service users and key stakeholders about their care and treatment options to ensure that service users are fully involved in decisions about their care. This involves the provision of information and support to those supporting, including families and children
