Yorkshire Housing is looking to procure an integrated solution or solutions to effectively manage financial transactions and purchase to pay processes across the business. This includes interfaces to current key systems and the ability for integration with other systems on our development roadmap.Objectives include capacity and productivity savings through consistent delivery of all financial management activity for the organisation, with improved control and tracking of all financial transactions and access to real time management and regulatory information.

Supply and Installation of uPVC windows and doors. Initial 12 month contract with the option to extend it for 4 further periods of 12 months. This opportunity is called off using EN Procure DPS in reference to 2020/S 011-021014.
The scope of the Contract is the provision cleaning services to Yorkshire Housing properties, including but not limited to: •General needs properties •Sheltered schemes •Community centres The scope of cleaning services shall include, but not be limited to: •Entrance halls •Landings •Corridors •Lobbies •Staircases •Balconies •Internal glass and communal windows •Internal and external communal entrance doors and glass •Lifts •Intake cupboards •Dry risers •Meter cupboards •Communal lighting •Litter and waste removal (including fly tipping) •Internal bin stores •Rubbish chutes •Hopper heads •Graffiti removal •Removal of sharps and broken glass •Kitchen areas •Communal dining rooms •Communal lounges •Bathrooms •Shower rooms The cleaning services shall be delivered across the entire Yorkshire Housing operational area: •North Yorkshire •South Yorkshire •East Yorkshire •West Yorkshire

Procurement of the new Housing and Asset Management solution which provides an integrated solution for --Single view of property, tenancy, customer and neighbourhood data-Case Management-Core Housing solution which meets the needs of social tenants, leaseholders, shared owners, market rent and commercial customers-Repairs-Scheduling and Job Management-Mobile Working, including Data Capture-Asset Management-Rents and Service Charges-Customer Portals (Yorkshire Housing and Space Homes)-Supplier Portal-Sales-Integration with Document Management, IoT Devices, Existing and Future Channels-Standard suite of management reports, plus the capability to develop further reports using data from within the core solution and across other systemsDesign and implementation/embedding of a new set of Housing and Asset Management processes which will use the functionality of the procured solution and configure it for use in YH.
