To provide the following for the installation of a bus shelter which will be provided pre-built from supplier and delivered to site, and installed on a grassed verge area adjacent to the footway.
• Provide RAM's and insurance details for the proposed works.
• Erect site fencing using barriers and signage to ensure the area is always safe while our works are undertaken.
• CAT scan the proposed area for any live services that maybe located beneath the surface. If found report findings to the client for further investigation.
• Remove existing bench and remove offsite. Remove existing bus stop sign post and relocate to new position once shelter has been installed. Location to be confirmed.
• Mark and Set out proposed location of bus shelter.
• Excavate and reduce proposed bus shelter base including excavate for new post foundations. All spoil excavated to be removed off site.
• Supply and fit new concrete footings for new posts.
• Supply labour to assist of delivery of bus shelter and lower into place.
• Install concrete around each post to position.
• Supply and fit new edgings around the shelter for new slab surface.
• Install new subbase and compact.
• Install new concrete base to bus shelter area.
• Backfill and around the area with spoil onsite.
• Tidy all areas and remove any fencing ready for use.

Festive Lighting Tender Opportunity
Yateley Town Council are inviting tenders for their festive lighting for a three-year hire contract beginning in November 2024.
The quotation should include the following,
1. The supply, erection, removal and disposal of of 2x real Christmas trees.
-Church End Green, Yateley (what3words labels.combining.visa)
-St Barnabas Green, Frogmore (what3words gets.stow.tracks)
2. The lighting of the two Christmas trees with 2000 white LED lights per tree.
3. Lit star topper for each tree.
4. Lighting of 3 x standing trees on Church End Green, Yateley (what3words labels.combining.visa) no specific requirement for how they are lit. But they should be impactful.
5. 30x lamp column mounted lit motifs up to 2.3 meters in height, along Reading Road Yateley.
6. 4x lamp column mounted motifs up to 1m in height (4 shorter light columns around Church End Green)

Notes:
Permanent concrete sockets for the Christmas trees are already in situ. Church End Green has permanent power supply to socket. Tree at St Barnabas Green will need 10m of armoured cable buried from tree to power supply.
There is good access to each site for HIAB Lorry if required.

New Public Toilets for Yateley Green, Yateley

2. Project Purpose
Yateley Town Council has identified a need for new public toilet facilities on Yateley Green. The purpose of this project is to design, construct, and commission new public toilets that are accessible and able to accommodate the needs of all residents and visitors. They will feature automatic timer doors and vandal resistant fittings to improve availability and security. The project will enhance the usability of Yateley Green, a large and well used public open space in the middle of Yateley thus supporting local events, daily visitors, and improving public amenities.
3. Project Objectives
• Accessibility for all: Ensure at least one toilet is fully accessible, constructed in line with The Building Regulations 2010 Approved Document M: Access to and use of buildings Vol 2.
• Automatic Timer Doors: Install doors with automatic timers to improve availability of the toilets, preventing misuse and ensuring they are open during designated hours and periods of high demand.
• Vandal Resistance: Install vandal resistance fixtures and sanitary ware with the aim to eliminate toilets having to be closed due to vandalism.
4. Project details
Yateley Town Council are seeking quotations to carry out external and internal alterations to an existing building to provide three public toilets, store, garage/office/kitchenette. It is to include all works necessary as detailed in document CP3.
Summary:
• Strip out and dispose all internal fixtures
• Remove, replace and finish all new internal walls, floors, ceilings and internal door
• Supply and install all electrics
• Supply and install all plumbing
• Supply and install all sanitary ware including Walgate Thrii-ss automatic hand driers, Dolphin recessed toilet paper dispensers, concealed cisterns, vandal proof pans, and Part M hand supports to accessible toilet.

This tender document invites qualified and experienced suppliers of play equipment to submit proposals for the design, supply, installation, and safety surfacing of a new children's play area. The new play area will replace the existing facility at Churchill Crescent, Yateley, GU46 6JF which is now outdated and in need of renewal.
The vision is to create an engaging, inclusive, modern play space that provides high play value for a wide range of children, with a particular design emphasis on the 4-8-year-old age group.
The maximum budget for this project is £45,000 (ex VAT), inclusive of:
