Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) is intending to establish a structured, multi-supplier maintenance and support arrangement for Yorkshire Water's thickening and dewatering assets, covering operational sites across Bioresources, Process & Pumping (P&P), and Clean Water. The arrangement will deliver a full service model including preventative and reactive maintenance, asset inspections, critical spare supply and management, and equipment hire where required.

Yorkshire Water is seeking to procure Employee Benefits Brokering Services to support the delivery of strategic, compliant, and cost-effective employee benefits. The appointed broker will be responsible for brokering and overseeing employee benefit schemes-.The engagement also includes providing advisory support on benefit optimisation and market competitiveness.

This initiative covers the maintenance, repair, inspection and proof testing of all 12 Flare Stacks across bio-resource sites, including occasional replacements where repairs are not feasible.​ Statutory inspections must be carried out on a bi-annual basis, in compliance with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED).

The Client (the Client) are relocating their Operational Support Hub to Leeds Valley Business Park. The capacity of the building is 750 desks across 3 floors and it will only be open to The Client employees and invited visitors. The catering service will need to be available 365 a year, 24/7 through both a manned and unmanned service. The manned catering service will be a breakfast, lunch and snack offering, which will be supplemented by a hospitality service for meeting rooms and events. Catering services will need to be provided to facilitate an offering for the Client employees who work outside of the manned catering service hours. The bidder will need to provide a variety of hospitality services to serve meeting rooms and events such as Induction sessions and Board meetings.

• The objective of this Procurement Process is to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Ventilation Systems and operational support services thereof to Yorkshire Water's Capital Delivery team in the next 4 years with 4 years extension option for Yorkshire Water • This Framework Agreement is envisaged to be the nominated route for Yorkshire Water to procure Ventilation Services through the duration of the agreement. • Successful suppliers will be a part of the Framework and work alongside Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) in Capital Delivery, limited to the lots for which they have successfully bid.  The proposed Framework structure comprises two (2) Lots: Lot 1 - Operational Requirements Scope : The provision of inspections, assessments and maintenance of ventilation systems and assets, including: • Routine and statutory inspections • Risk assessments and compliance surveys • Identification of remedial works and condition grading • Planned and reactive maintenance • Remediation works addressing safety or performance • Emergency response Lot 2 - Capital Requirements Scope: The provision of ventilation systems, including: • Full design, supply and installation of new ventilation systems • Refurbishment and upgrades of existing systems • Turnkey solutions including design, construction and commissioning Yorkshire Water invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers with capability in the design, installation, maintenance and refurbishment of ventilation systems, together with associated compliance and asset management services, to express an interest in this opportunity.

Requirement for a managed print service for the organisation including supply and management of multi-functional devices (MFD), printers and plotters for office use. These are at selected sites throughout the Yorkshire water region.

Yorkshire Water Services Ltd is seeking to establish a Customer Insights Framework to support the delivery of its strategic objectives for Asset Management Period 8 (AMP8). This framework will enable Yorkshire Water to access high-quality, flexible, and innovative customer research and insight services to inform decision-making, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric service design. The framework will appoint a panel of experienced suppliers capable of delivering a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. These may include, but are not limited to, customer satisfaction tracking, willingness-to-pay studies, behavioral insights, segmentation, vulnerability research, digital engagement analysis, and co-creation activities. The appointed suppliers will play a critical role in supporting Yorkshire Water's obligations to Ofwat, including the development of robust and defensible customer evidence for business planning and performance commitments under AMP8. Suppliers will be expected to demonstrate strong expertise in regulatory research, water sector experience (or analogous regulated industries), and the ability to deliver insight that drives tangible business outcomes. The framework is intended to be multi-supplier, ensuring a diverse mix of capabilities and approaches. Yorkshire Water is particularly interested in partners who can offer innovative techniques, advanced analytics, and inclusive engagement strategies to ensure representation of all customer groups, including hard-to-reach and vulnerable populations. Through this procurement, Yorkshire Water aims to build long-term, collaborative partnerships with insight providers who can support its ambition to deliver exceptional service, enhance customer trust, and meet regulatory expectations effectively and efficiently.

This Procurement is for the following Scope of Works; - A flexible electricity supply contract based on the specification as outlined in the Consultus tender pack. - A flexible gas supply contract based on the specification as outlined in the Consultus tender pack. - The provision of MOP (Meter Operator) and DC/DA (Data Collection / Data Aggregation) services alongside full meter management for electricity. - The provision of a MAM (Meter Asset Manager) and DC/DA (Data Collection / Data Aggregation) services alongside full meter management for gas. We acknowledge that the vast majority of the identified potential contract value is for the cost per kWH/mWh of energy.
