WCHG are looking to implement a Salesforce platform as the basis of our Single Pane of Glass Solution. We are seeking a high-quality Salesforce partner to assist us on our transformation journey. We are looking for a true partnership, leveraging business consultancy skills alongside technical skills where we can collaborate and share ideas and knowledge. WCHG have undertaken a proof of concept project to implement Salesforce for the organisation's Customer Feedback process. Following this proof of concept, it is the intention for WCHG to implement Salesforce further across the organisation. Please find the tender documents package attached to this notice. Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) - a registered social housing landlord managing 14,000 homes for over 29,000 residents in South Manchester - is inviting suitably experienced contractors to tender for our forthcoming Re-Roofing Programme, commencing April 2026. The contract will cover: Complete re-roofing and chimney works Renewal of soffits, fascias and guttering Works across a range of property types, including standard two-storey homes and larger three-storey blocks Upgraded insulation to help reduce damp and mould issues The programme aims to replace around 300 roofs per year. The initial contract term is 3 years, with the option of two additional 12-month extensions, subject to performance and customer satisfaction.
