Framework for the Supply & Installation of Metal fencing and Adhoc items
Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to establish a Framework for the supply and installation of various metal fencing and ad-hoc items, including gates in various styles, in compliance with the specification provided.
Up to five Contractors will be awarded onto the Framework (single Lot).
Void & Decant property Repairs and Refurbishment / Planned Maintenance
Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to establish a single Lot Framework Agreement for the refurbishment of vacant Council owned dwellings (voids) together with planned internal and external property maintenance. Typically the Council has 670 properties a year that would be covered by this Framework, with work packages varying in price from 1,000 to 40,000 GBP, although values may be higher for properties requiring major refurbishment.
There will also be a requirement to carry out repair work as and when required. It is anticipated that planned maintenance and repairs will equate to 10% of the annual turnover.
Museum of Two Halves Project, Wrexham - Enabling and Shell & Core Works Package
Enabling and Shell & Core Works Package for the transformation of the Grade II Listed Wrexham Museum building and site into the new joint Football Museum for Wales and Wrexham Museum. It is desirable that the organisation also has competence in completing projects within Grade Listed buildings located in conservation areas.
Basebuild contractor, responsible for strip-out of existing setwork and services. Installation of new services, walls, flooring, roofing and window replacements. The works will also involve structural alterations to the building and the installation of a new lift shaft and passenger/ service lift.
North Wales Substance Misuse Service User Involvement
This Service Specification sets out the requirements to deliver a North Wales Service User and Carer Involvement Service for people with personal experience, either as a service user or carer, of substance misuse issues.
The service will include a single point of access for all involvement across North Wales; this will ensure equity across the region and ensure meaningful involvement in all Substance Misuse Statutory and Third Sector Provider Services.
It will provide good value for money in terms of cost, quality and reach of the service, ensuring that all stakeholders are signed up to, and working within, one Service User and Carer Involvement Charter which lays out consistent principles and outcomes.
A key focuses for the provider will be the Welsh Government Substance Misuse Delivery Plan and identifying work areas in need of development through continued engagement and involvement with Service users, carers, and providers.
The Service provider will have ownership and responsibility for monitoring and holding Support Team and Delivery Plan Implementation Group.partners to account against the delivery and progress towards the Welsh Government Substance Misuse Delivery Plan, with support from the North Wales Area Planning Board (APB)
Supply and Delivery of Paving Slabs, Setts and Edging
Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to appoint a Contractor to supply and deliver various natural stone and paving materials for the Councils City Centre Environmental Improvement project. The successful Contractor will be required to store the materials until delivery is requested by the Council.
The materials supplied will be used to re-pave part of Wrexham City Centre including Yorke Street, High Street, Town Hill and Abbot Street. Please note this contract opportunity is for the supply, temporary storage and delivery of specified materials only, not installation.
Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide a flexible and scalable Security Service for its asset portfolio. The Contracted Work will primarily involve mobile security services, with static guarding only forming a small part of the Contracted Work. Additional ad-hoc security services will be required to meet evolving Council requirements and emergencies faced by the Council and the residents of Wrexham County Borough.
The assets covered by this Contract are located across the County Borough and include buildings such as schools, bus stations, corporate offices and sheltered housing.
The Contract will be for a 4 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
Wrexham County Borough Council’s Housing Department are looking to procure and implement a comprehensive cloud-hosted Property Asset Management system to help manage their Social Housing portfolio effectively and efficiently, and to meet regulatory compliance requirements.
The solution must integrate with the existing Housing Management Solution, Orchard Housing to ensure property stock information and property component information is accurate in both systems.

Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to establish a Framework for the maintenance to Stairlifts, through floor lifts and ceiling track hoists in council properties within the County Borough.
This will be a one lot only Framework with upto 3 Contractors appointed to the Framework.
This Invitation to Tender relates to a framework for Carriageway Resurfacing and Patching under which Wrexham County Borough Council intends to deliver highways maintenance and highways capital improvement works and reactive works up to the value of GBP 250,000 per contract across the Authority’s respective administrative area.
WCBC invites tender submissions from suitably experienced and qualified contractors in connection with the Framework. Once operational the Framework will be used by WCBC to award individual contracts/work orders.
