The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint developers to provide land for the development of social housing. The Contracting Authority seeks land in Belfast City Centre, Northern Ireland. In the interests of providing an efficient housing management service, the Contracting Authority will not consider Sites which provide less than 90 units or more than 110 units. The units must be delivered at a single Site. Economic Operators must provide the land, design, construct and ensure completion of the scheme for the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Department for Communities Housing Association Guide, the Contracting Authority’s requirements, and statutory body requirements.

The project is for the provision of 33 new dwelling units and all associated external works including earthworks, drainage, utilities, landscaping, roads / footpaths / parking, gardens, fencing, rails and other ancillary works. A significant amount of the works is Contractor design. The proposed housing developments are located across 3 brownfield sites within Portrush, Glenmanus Road, Parker Avenue and 22 Glenmanus Village. The Glenmanus Road site is 0.96 hectares in area and located on lands between 20 and 22A Glenmanus Road, within walking distance of the town centre. The Parker Avenue site is a vacant plot in a residential neighbourhood, located between 35 Hopefield Avenue and 7 Parker Avenue, Portrush. The 22 Glenmanus Village site is 0.13 HA in area consisting of an existing dwelling and outbuildings (to be demolished) located at the end of a residential cul-de-sac at 22 Glenmanus Village, Portrush.

This proposal will deliver 33no. new build social housing units (16 Apartments and 17 Houses) and associated external works on a 0.88 Ha site, located between 1 Braefield, 3 Creggmount and Main Street in the Village of Claudy, Londonderry, BT47 4BF. The site was previously occupied by a dwelling which has since been demolished

The Contracting Authority seeks land in the following area: NIHE Area Waterside 1,2,3 Derry/Londonderry (in the area identified in the map attached at Annex 2) In the interests of providing an efficient housing management service, the Contracting Authority will not consider Sites which provide less than 10 units or more than 100 units. The units can be delivered over a number of Sites or on one Site. However, the Contracting Authority will not consider any one Site that provides less than 10 units. The Contract(s) is (are) for the provision of land for design and build contracts in Northern Ireland. Economic Operators must provide the land, design, construct and ensure completion of the scheme for the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Department for Communities Housing Association Guide, the Contracting Authority’s requirements and statutory body requirements. The Contracting Authority requires Economic Operators to put forward schemes which offer a high quality social housing development.

The project is for the provision of Compliance Certification and Remedial Works in respect of, but not limited to: • Domestic Gas Fired heating appliances and central heating and water heating installations. • Communal/Commercial Gas Fired heating appliances and central heating and water heating installations. • Domestic Oil Fired heating appliances and central heating and water heating installations. • Communal/Commercial Oil Fired heating appliances and central heating and water heating installations. • Microgeneration Installations. • Domestic and Communal Electrical Installations. • Life and Property Protection Installations (Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Disabled Refuge Alarms, Automatic Smoke Vents etc). • Asbestos Surveys and Remediation Works. • Water Hygiene including Legionnella assessments. • Lifting Equipment (Passenger Lifts, Stairlifts Platform Lifts and Fall Arrest Systems). • Environmental Installations. • Energy performance certification.

Woven is seeking to appoint up to 4 suitably skilled and experienced cleaning contractors to deliver cleaning services to communal areas of buildings under management by Woven’s Housing Management team and their 2 offices. Habinteg Housing Association (Ulster) Limited (hereafter referred to as ‘Habinteg’) wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide internal audit services. The contract shall cover the internal audit service for three financial years. The contract will be for an initial period of 36 months, with the possibility of two further optional extensions of 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance. The internal auditor will report to the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee, the Chief Executive, and other relevant members of the Senior Management Team. The internal auditor will present audit findings to the Board, via the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee. The Contracting Authority will only consider submissions which provide between 60 and 70 units at a single site that will have all necessary planning consents in place prior to entering into contract. Economic Operators must provide the land, design, and build and ensure completion of the scheme for the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Department for Communities Housing Association Guide, the Contracting Authority’s requirements and statutory body requirements.
