Cleaning Services to blocks and schemes owned and managed by Worthing Homes Limited. The estimated annual value is 285,000.00 GBP. It is intended that the contract will run for a period of five years with the option for renewal for an extension of up to a further three years.The maximum duration of the contract is therefore eight years.The total contract value within this notice is therefore subject to review and is not guaranteed. The total contract is also subject to inflation.
1. Supply and implementation of software covering all aspects of financial operations, including a P2P offer and Expense management
2. Provision of qualified project and technical resource to deliver the solution, including design and deployment, as well as support for data migration, testing and training
3. Support for process optimisation and supplying the required interfaces to Worthing Homes's other systems
4. Support and maintenance, including hosting of the service
5. Ongoing development of the software
The works include removal of existing doors and associated surrounding construction and installation of new certified flat doorsets and communal doors including side glazed panels and slim riser compartmentation works
