WH24007 - Framework Agreement for the provision of professional services relating to Disrepair Surveys
Wolverhampton Homes are looking to appoint up to four established and competent contractors to a framework, to undertake detailed Property Condition Surveys in predominately occupied social housing dwellings across the City. These will include surveys required to carry out formal inspections and produce detailed reports arising from claims for housing ‘disrepair’, by third parties.
Reports will be required to respond to alleged breaches of, including but not limited to, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018.
The scope of works will predominantly include surveys and Part 35 compliant reports for the Landlord to respond to any disrepair claims brought against it under a range of housing legislation. Timber and damp surveys will also be included for complex cases or where the company requires an ‘independent’ report to provide additional assurance to the customer or Housing Ombudsman.
The term of this contract will not exceed 4 (four) years.

WH24011 - Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture Services
Wolverhampton Homes requires one or more organisations to support with the delivery of Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture Services.
This contract will be split into two lots;
Lot 1 - Grounds Maintenance Service
Deliver a Grounds Maintenance service upon housing land across the city to include grass cutting, shrub bed and hedge maintenance, cleansing/sweeping of hard surfaces, chemical weed and Japanese knotweed control, litter collection, Landscaping – design and delivery, Providing a gardening service to tenanted properties upon request, Void garden clearances, and Garage site maintenance
The contract period will be 6 years and total contract value for Lot 1 is estimated to be £8,250,000.
Lot 2: Arboriculture Services
Produce and deliver an inspection and management programme for all trees upon housing land and located within the gardens of Wolverhampton Homes managed properties where specific criteria applies.
The contract period will be 6 years and total contract value for Lot 2 is estimated to be £3,450,000
Bidders are able to bid on one or both lots.
Should a single supplier's bid be successful, resulting in their appointment to both lots, the contracting authority reserves the right to award this under one single contract covering both lots.

WH24009 - Managed Stores Service & Supply of Building Materials
Wolverhampton Homes requires a sole organisation to provide all building materials, including consumable items, plant & tools and personal protective equipment for use by the in-house repairs team. Selected products may also be supplied to Wolverhampton Homes contractors, to improve efficiency, value for money and to ensure specifications are maintained.
The contract will also include the provision of a dedicated stores/counter facility, to improve productivity and efficiency. The contract will include for materials to be delivered direct to site, replenish van stocks remotely and collections.
All products supplied will be required to be completed in accordance with the applicable works specifications, performance targets, customer service and ICT requirements.
The supplier will support the activities of the In-House Team by providing a fully integrated and flexible service that is seamless from the customer's perspective and that ensures that value for money is achieved.
The contract will be fixed for 10 years, with appropriate break-clauses.
The contract value is £70Million.
