Woking Borough Council (the "Council") invites tenders from suitability qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of its streetscene services (grounds maintenance, street cleaning and allied services) contract (the "Contract").
Statutory water hygiene testing, inspection and maintenance to the Council’s Housing Stock. The contract relates to blocks with shared water supplies, not individual houses.
Regular servicing and reactive maintenance to the fire panels, alarms and fire extinguishers within the Council's housing stock. The contract includes minor remedial works arising from the inspections.This Contract shall include the following Services: • Resident Liaison• Statutory testing of schedule equipment• Maintaining of records and certification• Design and scoping of remedial works
