Witney Town Council are looking to procure a dynamic, innovative company, who are suitably qualified, with a successful proven track record that has extensive experience in projects of this type and size.
You are invited to tender on a contract to design and provide Christmas illuminations for Witney Town Centre for 3 years from 2024 to 2027.
The outcome of this Tender will be to identify and select a single Contractor to enter a contract with Witney Town Council providing an excellent level of creative design, service delivery, communications and value for money.
The prime objectives include:
• Provide safe, reliable and well-maintained illuminations to match the design brief and locations submitted.
• To adhere to the specified timelines.
• To respond within the specified timelines.
• To ensure health and safety is paramount in all circumstances.
• Instil pride in the local community and foster a sense ownership for the illuminations based on experience and expertise.

Witney Council New Works Depot Construction and Clubhouse Refurbishment
Construction of a new works depot building with covered parking and storage at the West Witney Sports Field site. The works are inclusive of, but not limited to: partial demolition of derelict works building, groundwork, drainage, M&E, interior fit out (creation of 1st floor mezzine, toilets, changing room, canteen, office etc), solar panels. Additionally, refurbishment of the existing sports & social club situated nearby, including the introduction of a lift and layout alterations. The works are inclusive of, but not limited to: drainage, plumbing & heating, electrical, new lift, internal decoration, internal joinery, damp remediation, kitchen cabinetry, bathrooms, floor coverings, windows, doors, cladding, solar panels, externals, external grounds.
You are invited to tender on a contract to work in partnership with Witney Town Council for the consultation, Design and Construction of a replacement wheeled sports park in Witney.
Corn Exchange, Witney, Specialist Theatre Systems - Theatre Seating
The Corn Exchange is a grade II listed building in the heart of Witney, providing a social and
creative resource for the people of Witney and visitors.
It was built by the private 'Corn Exchange Company' in 1863, replacing a 16th Century
building used in the 1850's as a corn returns office. From the outset, it was used for social
events and meetings as well as corn dealings and housed several clubs and societies.
The main hall currently has no permanently installed technical theatre systems or seating so
the proposal is to install these systems to enable the venue to be utilised by local theatre and
music groups and small-scale touring productions.
