Wetherby Town Council is looking to appoint a contractor who can design, install and maintain a new upgraded playground area within Wetherby. All details are on the attachments included within this notice including playground requirements, procurement timetables, how to apply and details of our public and stakeholder consultations that will help potential contractors assess what is required to take part in their applications.

Works comprise repairs to the Cemetery boundary entrance and wall to the north boundary along Hallfield Lane and to Masons Field. The works include: Stone repairs, rebuilding and repairs to metal gates. Works are detailed in the Scope of Works document and accompanying plans attached to this notice. The procurement process is being handled on behalf of Wetherby Town Council by Maddison James Associates Ltd.
