Shower and WC facilities will be refreshed and made unisex. Renewal of small power, data, lighting, ventilation, turnout provisions and heating.

The West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service wish To appoint an LGV training provider which will assist in the delivery of the following non-exhaustive requirement list - LGV theory learning and assessment, LGV practical teaching inclusive of knowledge and understanding, LGV assessment , and Report and certification.

WYFRS would like to invite contractors to submit a tender for the supply and installation of a new ventilation and cooling system on the first floor at Rastrick Fire Station, which is located at Clough Lane, Brighouse, HD6 3QQ. The contract is to include for all building, mechanical and electrical works required to facilitate the install including decoration and cleaning upon completion. WYFRS would like to appoint a contractor for the provision of window cleaning services for WYFRS Head Quarters , 40 Fire Stations and 9 Close Call Houses across the five districts that make up West Yorkshire. The services will include routine (3 times per year) internal and external window cleaning including glazing, frames, sills, door vision panels, side glazing and other fenestrations.

WYFRS would like to appoint a contractor for the installation of Appliance Bay Doors at Leeds, Moortown and Slaithwaite Fire Stations. Leeds Fire Station - Front Doors: - Replace 2 Front Bay doors to Bays 2 and 4 to match the design of Bay 3. The front doors are to be electric operated doors The doors need to be equipped with safety features to the current legislation to meet the requirements. Install two rows of 4 double glazed windows to panels 3 and 4 from the floor upwards (matching bay 3). Rear Doors: - Replace 2 Rear doors to Bays 3, and 4 to match bay 2 design. These doors will be manually operated. Install two rows of 4 double glazed windows to panels 4 and 5 from the floor upwards (matching bay 2). Moortown Fire Station. Front Doors: - Replace 3 Front Bay doors to Bays 1, 2, and 3 .The front doors are to be electric operated doors. Replace Bay 4 door to the front to be manually operated. The doors need to be equipped with safety features to the current legislation to meet the requirements. Install two rows of 4 double glazed windows to panels 3 and 4 from the floor upwards (matching bay 3). Rear Doors: - Replace 4 Rear doors. These doors will be manually operated. Install two rows of 4 double glazed windows to panels 3 and 4 from the floor upwards. Bay 1 rear door, install Wicket door for access into the appliance bay, door to have one double glazed window. Slaithwaite Fire Station. Front Doors: - Replace 3 Front Bay doors to Bays 1, 2, and 3. The front doors are to be electric operated doors. The doors need to be equipped with safety features to the current legislation to meet the requirements. Install two rows of 3 double glazed windows to panels 3 and 4 from the floor upwards. Rear Doors: - Replace 3 Rear doors. These doors will be manually operated need to be equipped with the latest safety features to the current legislation to meet the requirements. Install two rows of 3 double glazed windows to panels 3 and 4 from the floor upwards. The estimated total value of the services over the term is between £50,000 and £100,000.

Physiotherapy Provision The main aim of the service is to provide rapid access to assessment and physiotherapy services for acute musculoskeletal injuries with a view to either keeping staff in work, or where they are already absent, getting them back to work as quickly as possible. The service is not for the treatment of chronic conditions. The services required will consist of an initial assessment and treatment, through the provision of recommended exercises and/or hands on treatment where clinically recommended.

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) is seeking qualified suppliers for the provision of Water Rescue Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), a repair and maintenance service and associated products such as water rescue poles, lifejackets and related equipment. WYFRS equips and trains operational personnel to respond effectively to water-related incidents. The service operates with two distinct levels of water rescue capability. MOD2 (Level 1) Equipment and PPE are deployed across 34 fire stations MOD3 (Level 2) Swift Water Technicians are based at 6 fire stations, requiring enhanced equipment and PPE. The Procurement is structured into 10 individual lots.

WYFRS is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Physician (herein referred to as the "Medical Consultant") to deliver a comprehensive range of occupational health services that support the health, safety, and wellbeing of its workforce. The appointed physician will work closely with the internal Occupational Health and Wellbeing (OH&W) team to provide expert clinical oversight and medical assessments in line with statutory requirements, national guidance, and service-specific requirements.

WYFRS wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of Grounds Maintenance, Winter Services, and Arboricultural Tree Surveys across all WYFRS sites during the different seasons of the year. The scope of the services includes general upkeep of the grounds across all WYFRS sites including (but not limited to) grass cutting, removal of weeds and moss including from all hard standing areas, removal of leaves, maintenance of shrubberies, flower beds, hedges and tree pruning. Winter Services are also required at FSHQ. During the first Planned Maintenance visit the Contractor may be required to undertake a verification survey of the sites. This will require the Contractor to identify, verify, and record the works required. Arboricultural tree surveys will be required in year one of the contract and year 4, with any recommendations to be identified.

The appointed supplier will play a key role in successfully and professionally delivering the required services. WYFRS are seeking proposals in which the appointed supplier will meet the following as a minimum; enhance operational efficiency, improve the user experience, and ensure that the latest technological advancements meet our evolving needs. This proactive approach will ensure that WYFRS will achieve our strategic goals/priorities through deployment of a simple to use system which better supports people at each stage in the employee lifecycle enabling efficiencies and improvements to our people processes, delivers successful outcomes and better supports our organisation, our managers, people specialists and our workforce. This contract requires a combined solution of a HR/people system, and a rostering system.

WYFRS wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of Pest Control Services across all WYFRS sites throughout the year. The scope of services includes pest control measures such as routine visits for the management of flies, rats, and mice. Additional services may include the eradication of wasps, ants, silverfish, and other insect infestations. The contract also requires bird and pigeon guano cleaning, pigeon proofing and prevention solutions, and when necessary, the safe removal and disposal of discarded needles.

WYFRS wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of servicing, planned maintenance and repair of the UPS and Generators across WYFRS sites. The scope of services includes the verification of as installed information; planned inspection and testing to ensure that the Installation meets operational and safety standards; reactive maintenance including the provision of a 365/24/7 call out service to attend at an applicable site within the prescribed times. The services also includes provision for repairs, replacements, modifications and requested upgrades to the Installation.

WYFRS wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of Roofing Services across all WYFRS sites, which include 40 Fire Stations & 9 close call houses. The FSHQ of the Customer is located at Bradford Road, Birkenshaw, West Yorkshire where there are 7 buildings. The requirement will include the provision of a planned maintenance service and a reactive call-out service including any repairs or upgrades.
