WRAP is a Global Environment Action NGO working with governments, businesses, NGOs and academia all over the world. We have offices in the UK, USA and Australia, and live projects in over 30 countries. Most of the everyday products we consume come from unsustainable systems. WRAP is working to transform those systems to create a thriving, sustainable world where Circular Living is commonplace. For the benefit of the climate, nature and people.
WRAP’s Water Roadmap is the delivery mechanism for the UK Food & Drink Pact target that 50% of the UK’s fresh food is sourced from areas with sustainable water management. It also contributes to wider goals including UN Sustainable Development Goal 6, biodiversity protection, and climate resilience through nature-based solutions.
As part of this, WRAP is supporting the development of Collective Action Projects in priority sourcing regions across the UK. These projects aim to identify shared water risks and coordinate cross-sector solutions with other NGOs, businesses, land managers, and local partners.
The awarded organisation is being commissioned to deliver a scoping phase that will form the foundation for a future Collective Action Project that will tie into existing work in Norfolk and cover Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.

Wales Recycles has been running the nationwide Be Mighty. Recycle. campaign since 2020 and since 2023 has been focused on both food waste prevention and recycling. Despite the campaigns increasingly successful behaviour change results, there are still key groups, especially younger people and families, who waste more food than average and under-perform when it comes to recycling.
The campaign has been proven to change behaviour among these high-waste groups by empowering them to waste less food and recycle what can't be eaten, supporting Welsh Government in reaching its ambitious waste and recycling targets.
We promote both our own campaign assets and those of our partners through paid advertising throughout the campaign burst. Due to the nature of social media algorithms, organic posts often struggle to reach a broad audience. By running these assets as adverts, we can effectively target and engage new audiences across Wales.
We require the provision of professional media services to support the delivery and amplification of our national food waste prevention and recycling campaign in Wales. This is to run the advertising of our assets on Meta, YouTube and TikTok.
The main aim will be to encourage people to our landing page to take part in our interactive food waste challenge.

WRAP is seeking to establish a Creative Services Framework to support our in-house Marketing & Communications team and wider organisation. The framework will provide overflow capacity and access to specialist expertise for creative services across digital and print media. This ITT invites qualified freelancers and multi-disciplinary agencies to tender for inclusion in the framework. WRAP aims to contract with both individual providers and retained agencies for flexible, responsive and high-quality creative support.
The Creative Services Framework has 3 distinct lots: Graphic Design & Artworking (Lot 1), Video, Animation & Photography (Lot 2), Brand & Campaign Development (Lot 3). It is acceptable for a supplier to sit within multiple Lots.
The fast-paced nature of our campaigns and activities requires a trusted pool of creative suppliers capable of delivering high-impact work on short timelines. This ITT follows a pre-market engagement (April 2025) and reflects the needs and structure informed by that exercise.
