The London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth (the "Councils") are seeking qualified and high-quality suppliers for the provision of minicab and wheelchair accessible transport with regular assigned drivers for clients of both Adult Social Services and Children's Services Departments within both Councils. This is a republication of a previous notice, found here: https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/54137-2017. The DPS will now be administered through the Atamis Portal. All interested suppliers will need to create an Atamis Supplier Account for their organisation, including all current suppliers, before accessing the tender documents. The aim of the DPS is to provide reliable, high-quality and cost effective transport for service users of both Councils. The DPS is being established in accordance with the Restricted Procedure under the PCR 2015. The DPS has been split into 5 Lots. All applicants that meet the selection criteria of the Lot/s they apply for will be admitted to the DPS. Job/journey orders will be awarded to suppliers through a mini-competition process. The estimated annual spend through the DPS is £2.6m.
The Contract under the DPS will be split into 5 lots as follows:
Lot 1: Regular Assigned Driver Only
Lot 2: Regular Assigned Driver with Passenger Attendant
Lot 3: Wheelchair Accessible Transport with Regular Assigned Driver
Lot 4: Wheelchair Accessible Transport with Regular Assigned Driver and Passenger Assistant
Lot 5: Out of hours (5pm to 9am) Monday to Friday and at Weekends with Regular/Assigned Driver and Passenger Assistant as required and the provision of ad hoc and emergency journeys.

The London Borough of Wandsworth (the "Council") is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers to be appointed to a framework for the provision of Home and Community Care Services for Disabled Children. The framework will support the Council's overarching practice of supporting children to remain living at home with their families and avoid placement in a residential setting or hospitalisation wherever safe to do so. The framework will be divided into 3 Lots of services: (1) Standard Service (2) Enhanced Service (3) Complex Service. A Tenderer can bid for all 3 Lots and may be appointed to more than one Lot. The London Borough of Wandsworth (Council) in partnership with the South West London Integrated Care (ICB) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the delivery of a Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) Infrastructure, Capacity Building and Volunteering Support Service for the borough of Wandsworth. The outcomes and deliverables for this ambitious new service have been co-developed with the local Voluntary and Community Sector and other statutory and non-statutory stakeholders. It will embed a collaborative sector-wide approach to creating a thriving, resilient and connected voluntary and community sector, and a borough that is fairer, more compassionate and sustainable. In summary the service will provide: • A professional engagement service which provides strategic leadership, representation, voice and advice for the voluntary and community sector to enable it to become more sustainable, effective and strategically engaged with the local priorities of the Council and its partners.
• develop the voluntary and community sector skills base and sustainability and build trust and confidence in its capacity to deliver services and make a positive contribution to the borough.
• build capacity in voluntary organisations to recruit and retain volunteers and appropriately match potential volunteers to volunteer involving organisations.
The contract will be for a period of three (3) years commencing from 1st July 2025 and subject to an extension option of up to a further two (2) years. The total contract value (including the extension options) is £1,650,000. The maximum (ceiling price) contract value per annum is £330,000.
