The Council wishes to secure the provision of Electric Vehicle charging points in a town centre car park (at Winslow Public Hall, Elmfields Gate), to meet the needs of 'destination' and 'residential' users, for the benefit of commercial and social visitors to the town centre as well as local residents who have no private off-street options for parking and charging.
The Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier who can finance, design, implement, operate, support and maintain a minimum of four chargepoints initially at this site for a period of several years. The Council's primary objective is to secure the provision of a reliable service for the town's residents and visitors on reasonable financial terms for both the users and the Council.
Bromyard & Winslow Town Council are seeking quotations to carry out renovation work on the public toilet building to create new toilets consisting of ladies' and men's toilets and a disabled toilet. The existing toilet block internal layout is to be removed and reconfigured. The existing drainage system is not to be re-used so this will need to be filled in and new drainage installed. The existing ramp access to be removed
The new toilet layout is to be created following the proposed plans, including new access doors. A new graduated access to be created to the disabled toilet and small steps to the remaining access doors.
A fenced area at the rear of the toilet block is to be created to provide a storage area.

Winslow Town Council (WTC) is seeking to appoint a contractor with experience of setting up and operating an ANPR-based system of charging for parking (and administering PCNs) in its Public Hall car park at Winslow in Buckinghamshire. This car park has about 70 spaces, is open 24/7, and accommodates short, medium and long-stay parking. Until now, it has not been subject to parking charges or other restrictions.
The Council is looking for a contractor who will provide a turnkey solution for an initial period of three years. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their capability of designing, procuring and operating a comprehensive service in partnership with a parking payment platform (preferably RingGo). The charging arrangements need to be operational from 1 April 2025 or as soon after that date as is possible.

1. Supply and install high-quality seasonal floral displays in Bromyard Town Centre. (using town council supplied hanging baskets and planters already in situ)
2. Provide regular maintenance and watering of the displays throughout the summer months.
Please note that the Council reserves the right to appoint separate contractors for the planting and watering tasks. Contractors are encouraged to submit bids for either or both services.
