Wellspring Academy Trust has a requirement for Pest Control Services for its multi-site Academy Trust.
Pest Control services will include control of rodents, flying insects, biting insects, wasps, garden ants, cockroaches and other crawling insects with particular attention being paid to catering and food storage areas. In the event of any call out, a full survey is to be provided and advice given on optimising the service. All solutions and recommendations must represent best value for money at all times.
It is anticipated that the new contract will commence on 1 August 2024 and will initially cover a three (3) year period with an option to extend, subject to annual review, for a period of one (1) further year period. Hence the contract could extend to a maximum of four (4) years.

Wellspring Academy Trust invites tenders for the full supply of grounds maintenance services
The Contractor shall provide all labour, equipment, goods and materials to provide the grounds
maintenance service. The contract must be inclusive of all costs to deliver the specification, with
no additional costs.
Costs must be fixed.
The scope of the contract and specification will include, but not be limited to:
1. Maintenance of grassed areas
2. Sports Pitch Marking and Maintenance, where applicable
3. Maintenance of Shrub and Plant Borders
4. Hedge and Tree Maintenance including initial tree survey
5. Weed Control
6. Fence Lines
7. Drainage Ditches
At the Forest School the fascia's in the lower lock of the school have deteriorated beyond repair. The requirement of the project is to remove all fascia boards and replace them with new fascia board as per the client specification. The contractor will need to allow for a site visit and make a comprehensive review of the scope of works, once appointed and ensure both product selections will be suitable for the school environment and review its technical/construction suitability.
The acting principal contractor must make all necessary allowances for project management fees, health and safety management , programme management & HSE notification requirements.
Upon receipt and completion of the ITT and PQQ documentation attached, the trust will review all receipts and shortlist a number of contractor who will be awarded to bid for works.
The shortlisted contractors will be distributed (via email) a Tender Pack by Wellspring Academy Trust consisting of all relevant information to allow the contractor to provide a competitive bid for the works.
The ITT and PQQ is attached within this notice and must be returned by the return date (12 Noon -3rd November 2025).
