The scope of the Contract is the provision of a remote CCTV Monitoring Service on WATMOS' Ethelred Estate in Lambeth, South London. This includes: •Remote monitoring of 115 existing cameras via Alarm Response Centre •Video analytics and alerts (equipment already in place) •Regular mobile patrols •Reactive mobile patrols •Maintenance of the monitoring system •Maintenance of the cameras •Retrieval of video footage on request Full details of the Services to be provided under the Contract are contained in the Specification set out at Appendix 1 of the ITT.
