This contract includes the option to take the successful supplier forward to deliver the integration, licensing, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for up to seven years.

V&A South Kensington will require the supplier to maintain the John Madejski Garden, and provide the capacity for additional seasonal works as required.

The Victoria and Albert Museum ("V&A") is seeking to appoint a supplier for the routine maintenance of the roofs and above surface drainage at its various premises. The contractor will be responsible for the routine maintenance including Gutter clearance, Downpipe Jetting Siphonic clearance, Reactive Maintenance, and Ladder and gantry inspections, as well as other additional works as required.

The V&A is seeking to enter into a non-exclusive Framework Agreement with a single frame provider to provide frames as and when required. The Framework Agreement will primarily be used for the supply of standard frames at set prices, with the option to request quotes for bespoke frames. No volume is guaranteed but it is anticipated that the spend per year will be approximately £15k-£25k, with the possibility of occasional larger requirements for temporary exhibitions and displays.
