The V&A is looking to partner with a design agency, for a period of up to three years, to collaborate with us on designing and delivering targeted transformation projects within the V&A Redesign programme. This partnership will begin with the simultaneous delivery of three projects with delivery milestones in 2022, with the possibility of future projects within the three-year period. This partner must be both imaginative and practical, with experience in developing creative propositions that entice and engage new audiences and designing robust services that enable those propositions to be realised.
The V&A plans to launch a new scalable, replicable, publishing platform to support different content propositions for two key audience targets online:
• Product 1 will focus on older kids and teens (10-14 year olds) and will launch in Summer 2023
• Product 2 will focus on young adults (16-24 year olds) and will launch Summer 2024
The V&A is a National Museum of art, design, and performance. It employs c950 staff, plus c300 staff pa as zero hours ("casual") workers. The V&A will open 2 new venues during 2024 and 2025, which is expected to increase the employee headcount by c150.The V&A is conducting a tender process, for a fully managed payroll service from 01 December 2022.

V&A East's brand values come to life through a dynamic brand identity. Outputs will include behaviour principles, tone of voice, visual and non-visual brand guidelines for applications across digital and physical spaces.

The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Collection comprises some of the most beautiful and intricate objects ever made, many in precious metals, from a minute to a monumental scale. It is notable for its European and British ‘masterpieces’ including gold and silver objects, snuffboxes, painted enamels and stone and glass mosaics.
At present, four galleries in the V&A (G70-73) are dedicated to showing a selection of objects from the Gilbert Collection. Around 430 objects are on display (approximately half of the entire collection). Objects are frequently loaned out and have been included in shows around the world.
