This agreement will be for the provision of providing Vending Facilities to Vico Homes' Corporate Buildings across the Wakefield District.
Vico require vending facilities across 4 locations throughout the Wakefield District providing a vending machine to dispense a range of hot drinks at each location. Vico would like a cost per cup and rental price for the machines. Vico require the machines to be available of free vend to all colleagues and visitors.

Repairs and Maintenance of Pest Control Services to the Vico Properties and may include additional works of “Omits/ Voids including CBL voids (minor)/ Buy Back Properties”. This includes both lived in units and Independent Living Schemes. Vico are inviting tenders for the provision of Pest Control Services repairs for current commercial and domestic properties across the Vico Homes operating area. Vico intends this agreement to support and contribute to the shared vision of creating strong and confident housing communities where tenants and customers feel safe and trust the services they receive.
Vico are unable to guarantee any volume of business under any agreement arising from this tender and any quantities and/or volumes stated within this tender are for guidance only and no express or implied statement is given that these will be met or exceeded.

Vico wish to source a supplier for the provision of Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Remedial Works Service across Vico locations. This agreement will therefore cover the provision of fire stopping works in Vico Homes Buildings across Yorkshire and the Humber. Vico are addressing Fire Safety Measures with this agreement.
Vico are unable to guarantee any volume of business under any agreement arising from this tender and any quantities and/or volumes stated within this tender are for guidance only and no express or implied statement is given that these will be met or exceeded. However, within this tender, we are looking at 15 schemes annually.
What is expected from the Contractor:
• The Contractor shall deliver a fully compliant fire stopping solution for all service penetrations in accordance with BS EN 13501-2. The Contractor shall determine the appropriate methods, materials, and installation techniques to meet this requirement.
• Fire Stopping Compliance Report - A comprehensive report detailing all fire stopping installations, including photographic evidence, product certifications, and compliance with BS EN 13501-2. Due within 10 working days of installation completion.
• Installation Sign-Off Sheets - Signed documentation for each zone, confirming installation by a certified installer and verified by a third-party inspector.

- Due to time constraints on the provision of this critically important fire safety requirement, time is of the essence.
This project is to carry out safe and compliant turnkey refurbishment work to Vico Homes commercial and corporate properties and liaising with other nominated suppliers and sub-contractors.
While numbers cannot be confirmed or guaranteed, we would be looking to carry out up to 10 refurbishments per year.
As properties become void, we will look to strip out all existing finishes and fittings, and using the included schedule of work ensure the units are upgraded and presented to customers ready to move in.
All work should be completed to manufacturers recommendations, codes of practice and relevant Building Regulations and standards.
All work is expected to be completed with no defects and all equipment tested and commissioned ready to hand over to the client ready to market.
All work is to comply with relevant environmental and sustainable best practice.
A program of work is to be produced showing each stage of work and agreed prior to starting work.

This contract is for the servicing and maintenance of Vico Homes lifts to maintain the highest of standards for our tenants across Wakefield and Surrounding areas.
The Employer's objectives are to maintain a high level of reliability and availability of its units by operating a system of planned preventative maintenance with response to call outs and call backs/breakdowns maintained at agreed performance levels.
Vico Homes reserve the right to remove and add to the portfolio within the Equipment schedule throughout the whole Contract agreement. Therefore the asset list may be subject to change throughout the lifetime of the contract. At present there are 55 lifts in Vico's portfolio.
Contract term will be 36+12+12+12.
Vico Homes Ltd are inviting bids from organisations that can meet the requirements for lintel, helibeam and wall tie replacement and associated services within the Wakefield District and wider operating area.
Description of Works
Vico Homes Ltd is looking for one contractor who can work across the whole of the Wakefield district and wider operating area. All works will include emergency work, and any contractor must have provision to attend to emergencies as outlined in this document.
The Contractor shall carry out survey, identification, and replacement of lintels, helibeams, and wall ties as specified in the project scope. The scope includes the removal and disposal of existing materials, supply of approved replacements, and reinstatement in accordance with current UK standards and building regulations.
Conditions of Participation
The Tenderer must have Helifix helibeam system accreditation or equal approved to ensure the structural integrity and reliability of the repairs or equal approved.
The Tenderer must be a Full Member of the Wall Tie Installers Federation (WTIF) or the Property Care Association (PCA) (Structural Repair stream). Evidence of current membership must be provided. Membership must be maintained for the duration of the contract to ensure all works adhere to the BRE (Building Research Establishment) Digest 329 and 401 standards.
Warrantees - The successful contractor must provide the following warranties:
• 10-year Lintel installation
• 10-year masonry reinforcement (helibeam or similar approved)
• 20-year wall tie installation
It is a requirement that the contractor has CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolder Record Scheme) specified in the tender documentation.
The inspection, servicing, testing, maintenance, repair and certification of fire safety systems across the Vico estate. The purpose of the Contract is to ensure that all fire protection assets remain fully functional, compliant with statutory requirements, and safe for residents, visitors and staff.
The services covered by this Contract include, but are not limited to:
• Residential fire suppression systems (sprinkler and water mist installations)
• Portable fire-fighting media including extinguishers, fire blankets, hose reels and sand buckets
• Dry and wet risers installed within multi storey buildings
