The University of Westminster has 3 main Campus areas at Harrow, Marylebone and Fitzrovia. All campuses are subject to regular refurbishment projects, which require potential fire door repair.
The repairs range from minor items to door replacement

The supplier will deliver the service to a high standard and to install AMR meters across the portfolio.
Delivery of the security service across estate, covering operational, academic and residential areas.
This is a partnership arrangement with a 'best in class' Service Provider.
Aims and Outcomes
The University of Westminster is seeking to maintain, or improve on, existing service delivery standards across the service.
We require an "intelligent" and experienced partner who will actively contribute to service improvements, innovation and contract cost reduction throughout the life of the contract.
The scope includes library services within the main contract, as opposed to retaining this service as an additional cost item.
Delivery of the maintenance service across academic and residential areas.
The Service Provider is responsible for providing an effective and efficient maintenance service to all In- Scope properties, assets and systems to the BESA SFG20 standards.
Delivery of a e-textbook package, delivered via an e-textbook platform. The core purpose of this package is to enable students access to important resources relevant to individual study, as and when required,
Consultancy support on the Harrow Campus Masterplan Project.
The University of Westminster Harrow Campus is part of the wider Northwick Park Masterplan, for which there are 4 landowners that collectively own the land. The information about the One Public Estate masterplan (OPE) is included as an appendix to the scope document. The OPE masterplan has an outline planning permission, and the planning strategy is to apply for approval of reserve matters .The application should be submitted within 3 years of the outline permission therefore no later than January 2026.
The consultants will be for all phases and all buildings , but the team will be appointed initially for RIBA stage 1 for all buildings. Then the appointment will be initially for the buildings included in reserve matters first application.

The University appointed a strategic partner marketing agency that will help to deliver effective and targeted UK and international marketing campaigns. This will include media buying and planning services, using a combination of digital (including, but not limited to Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing and display) and offline channels (including Out of Home) to achieve campaign and brand objectives.
The University has established an internal framework of suitably experienced supplier/s to deliver responsive repairs across all University Campuses.
Historically, responsive repairs services have been procured on a project by project basis, either by direct appointment or on via a quotation or tender process, depending on the value of the individual project
This framework allows for full flexibility of supplier appointment throughout the contract duration. This includes:
• Direct award to any successful supplier on the relevant lot,
• Further Competition or Quotation process involving all suppliers on the lot,
• Further Competition or Quotation involving a selection of suppliers on the lot.
