o To provide a service which supports and sustains a safe working environment, with no risk to UCA's equipment, business and service delivery operations, business continuity, brand, or reputation.
o To develop and implement policies and procedures for operating the services in an efficient and cost-effective manner, maximising productivity, integration, and consistency across all aspects of service delivery.
o To allow flexibility in both management structures and in the delivery of the services to meet evolving priorities during the life of the contract. To maximise asset life expectancy and performance and minimise unnecessary cost/use/energy consumption, including through intelligent use of IT, and management information systems.

The Marketing & External Relations Department of the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) would like to invite suppliers to partake in a tender to appoint media agencies for the provision of paid media advertising over the next three years (plus extensions) , across digital, print and OOH. At completion of this tendering process, one agency will be awarded a full-service contract for 3 years, and up to two more will be set up as suppliers to be approached by UCA on a project-by-project basis to offer additional support where needed. All contracts will be subject to an optional one-year extension at UCA's discretion. UCA reserves the right to terminate and tender any of these contracts independently of each other.

UCA is looking to engage with partner who have experience with international student recruitment at foundation and pre-master's level. This is intended to support UCA's strategy for sustainable, high quality and diverse international student recruitment.
UCA would like to receive information about which pathway providers are currently active in the UK and the range of international pathway programmes that are on offer to students who ultimately wish to study at degree level in the creative arts, or in courses aligned to business for the creative industries.
