A supplier is sought to provide a new or supplementary International Payments solution, that offers a range of payment options to meet the needs of the University of Gloucestershire's core international markets and provides a fast and convenient payment method for international students and efficient internal processing for staff.
The solution will need to offer a fixed cost for an initial two years based on the supplier licencing model. The full cost model and how it scales will be provided with responses.
The contract will be let initially for two years with the option to extend three times by a further 1 year at the discretion of the University of Gloucestershire.
The University of Gloucestershire is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide an Employee Assistance Programme available to all staff.
It is the intention of the University to award a three-year contract, subject to annual reviews and continued good performance in-line with agreed key performance indicators and service standards. Quarterly contract management meetings will be held to ensure that the service is operating effectively. The University will consider the option to extend this period to four or five years by agreement.
Either party can terminate this contract by giving six months' notice in writing.

638 - The Provision of Marketing, Campaigns, and Media Buying Services
University of Gloucestershire (UoG) requires an experienced and reputable supplier to provide marketing, communication and brand services for a 3-year period starting on 20 September 2022 and finishing on 19 September 2025.
The contract will be awarded based on Media planning, buying & execution for the three core recruitment campaigns across the year (Apply, Open Days & Clearing) - up to £645,000 pa, including all media and management fees. One supplier will be appointed for the 3-year period.
The University reserves the right to extend the contract agreement by 1 year at its sole discretion.

University of Gloucestershire ('The Employer') has the requirement for an economical operator ('The Supplier') with relevant capacity, capability and experience to provide a fully managed catering service. The opportunity is split into two lots:
• Lot 1 is the scope of the current catering contract namely the existing Cheltenham sites plus the Oxstalls campus.

757 - Fire Alarms, Disabled Refuge, Fire Safety Systems, Emergency Lighting & Fire Fighting Equipment
The University of Gloucestershire (UoG) requires an experienced, reputable and accredited supplier to provide servicing and reactive maintenance for the organisation’s Fire Alarm detection systems, Disabled Refuge, Fire Safety Systems, Emergency Lighting & Fire Fighting Equipment. Please be aware that all of the fire alarm systems are remotely monitored, the maintenance of these remote monitoring systems are covered by a separate maintenance agreement, therefore only the physical link between the fire alarm systems and the remote monitoring systems are deemed to be included in this maintenance agreement.
The contract will be for a period of three years from 01 August 2025, with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to agreement.
Appendix A – Tender Costings Summary contains a list of the buildings covered by this contract. It should be noted that should the University dispose of any of these buildings, the proportional amount of cost associated with that building will be removed from that contract from the date the maintenance is no longer required.
