Two Rivers Housing are inviting bids from organisations who can provide a full turn-key and flexible solution for long term fleet rental, including vehicle hire, maintenance and support, appropriate racking solutions, customised livery, telematics and fleet management services. Two Rivers Housing require an operational fleet of between approximately 40-45 vehicles of different sized vehicles. Key to this procurement will be the supplier’s ability to deliver prompt and satisfactory accident, breakdown and repair solutions for a rural housing association based in Newent. Another key focus will be how suppliers propose to mobilise the new fleet whilst minimizing business as usual activities.

The Retrofit Works tender is focused on upgrading existing housing stock to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance the comfort and wellbeing of residents. Works may include improvements to building fabric, heating and ventilation systems, and other measures aligned with current sustainability and housing quality standards.
The programme will be delivered in accordance with PAS 2035 and relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring robust design, effective coordination, and quality assurance throughout. The Contracting Authority aims to achieve long-term improvements in performance and energy savings while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Provision of Insurance and Related Services to Two Rivers Housing
The programme will require Insurance and related services for risks that may include but not be limited to: property damage and business interruption, employers, public, products and property owners liability, business combined/office, money, all risks, computer, contract works, group personal accident, professional indemnity, fidelity guarantee/crime and employment practices liability. This list is to be decided at the sole discretion of Two Rivers Housing Association.
