Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced supplier to provide an online OH service for all employees of Trivallis. The successful supplier must be able to provide the following services, but shall not be limited to; New Starter Screening (NSS) General - Occupational Health Service Referrals Reports Annual Health Surveillance Programmes Health Surveillance Equipment Display Screen Equipment (DSE) General Health and Wellbeing Policies and Procedures Medical Practitioner Qualifications Service Provision Objectives & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The OH provider will be required to provide a telephone service to contact employees, the OH provider will be notified a month in advance of any referrals. Trivallis will require flexibility to accommodate the number of referrals if sickness absence fluctuates. Where required providing a face-to-face appointment at Ty Pennant Mill Street, Pontypridd, CF37 2SW and / or an alternative premises, if the telephone service is not possible. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required services.

The associated elements include, but shall not be limited to; I. Kitchen renewals II. Bathroom renewals III. Walk in showers IV. WC’s V. Rewiring Works under this contract will be carried out as a result of stock condition surveys which will identify the kitchens and bathrooms in Trivallis properties as having reached the end of their life cycle. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of Rhondda Cynon Taff and any future areas. This tender exercise aims to help Trivallis select a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) suitable partners to carry out the necessary works and services. Trivallis intends to award contracts to the top two (2) ranked bidders in the tender process and reserves the right to award each Lot to three (3) separate contractors pending evaluation of the tender bids. Trivallis have appointed an experienced contractor to undertake Radon testing services at various locations across Rhondda Cynon Taff and Cardiff Bay. The services will comprise of a strategy to minimise the risk from exposure to radon and its decay products to employees and persons using Trivallis properties. The successful contractor will undertake the following: Having clear procedures in place for the management of radon in affected buildings. Assisting Trivallis in developing and maintaining records of radon gas levels in Trivallis premises. Assisting Trivallis in maintaining a central database of all records. Providing suitable information and advice to employees and other persons likely to be exposed to levels of radon gas in Trivallis premises. To act as the recognised Radiation Protection Adviser (RPA) on behalf of Trivallis. Ensuring that any remedial measures put in place to reduce the level of radon in a property are monitored and maintained effectively. Trivallis manages 23 sheltered housing schemes, 2 supported housing projects and 9 supported homes, employing a team of scheme coordinators and support staff, to provide housing management and support services to our tenants. The sheltered and supported housing schemes have door entry systems, hard wired fire alarm systems and warden call systems that link into the central control systems, along with approx. 35 dispersed alarms in the bungalows at the sheltered schemes. Staff in our sheltered schemes largely work between the hours of 09:0 and 17:0 hours Monday to Friday, with each member of the team covering a number of schemes. Out of hours and at weekends, there is a member of staff on call to deal with any emergencies when needed, however for the wellbeing of residents an out of hours service is provided to residents in addition to Trivallis staff cover.
