Triangle wishes to procure suitably qualified competent landscaping contractor to provide the necessary Services in relation to grounds maintenance and landscaping on Triangle premises. Triangle has an initial requirement for a 4 year contract, with possibility for three one-year extensions thereafter. As it stands, Triangle has an initial requirement for approximately 115 premises, which is set to increase potentially by 20+ premises over the period of the contract.

Triangle wishes to procure a suitably qualified service provider to provide necessary internal audit services to the Association. The selected firm must be to able to review the entire operations of the Association and that they comply with the Department of Communities Housing Association Guides. The IT, efficiency, risk management and governance issues are as important to the Association as general assurance work. The contract shall cover the internal audit service for the three financial years 2025/26 to 2027/2028. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the possibility of an extension of a further 24 months, subject to satisfactory performance.

Triangle Housing Association Limited wishes to engage a service provider to provide lift/stair lift maintenance services to the Association.  It is intended that the contract shall cover the lift/stair lift maintenance service for four years with the possibility of a further two 12-month extensions. Triangle has approximately 150 premises, with the potential to increase by 20+ throughout the life of this contract, that require lift maintenance services.
