Tourism Northern Ireland wishes to appoint a Contractor or Contractors for the supply and delivery of its marketing and associated services. These requirements have been split into 4 Lots as detailed below. Whilst no spend is guaranteed against any of the Lots, the anticipated value of each Lot over the lifetime of the contract is also detailed below.

Following publication of this VEAT Tourism NI will vary this contract with the incumbent suppliers following a period of 10 days from the date of publication of this notice in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(c). The Contract variation provides an uplift in value to £41,500,000 across all lots.
Tourism Northern Ireland (Tourism NI) is responsible for the marketing of Northern Ireland (NI) as a tourist destination to domestic tourists (from within NI) and visitors from the Republic of Ireland (ROI). Under the Tourism NI Operating Plan (2023/24), the Insights and Intelligence Service (IIS) is tasked with delivering a robust evidence base for Tourism NI, industry and stakeholders to help inform policy and strategy development and operational decisions. Within Tourism NI, the IIS is responsible for providing internal and external stakeholders with robust and relevant research, intelligence, and information to support the growth of the NI tourism industry via robust, analysis and insight into how such issues affect NI and ROI consumers. Tourism Northern Ireland (Tourism NI) is responsible for the development of tourism and the marketing of Northern Ireland as a tourist destination, using the discovernorthernireland.com website. Tourism NI require a supplier to deliver a Platform-as-a-service (PaaS) e-Tourism solution to support the migration, delivery, licencing, support, maintenance and development of a Content Management System (CMS) and Destination Management System (DMS), outputting as the consumer destination website discovernorthernireland.com.
The Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) trading as Tourism Northern Ireland (Tourism NI) is a statutory, non-departmental public body. It is funded by the Department for the Economy (DfE). The Northern Ireland Visitor Information Centre (VIC) network established by Tourism NI in 1994 provides a coordinated, consistent and improved source of high quality visitor information. Tourism NI plays a key role in this by providing a range of services to the network including the provision of promotional literature and marketing support. Tourism NI also produces a range of literature / collateral which is used to promote Northern Ireland as an attractive, globally competitive and successful destination. In this regard, Tourism NI needs to procure storage space for this literature / collateral as well as services for distributing and replenishing literature throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the world. Tourism Northern Ireland is seeking to procure a Contractor who can provide storage of literature/collateral/ad hoc items. The Contractor will be expected to securely store Tourism NI property / ad hoc items as well as a range of Tourism NI corporate literature/collateral and promotional materials and provide a pick and pack service for items in storage to be collected for distribution by our contracted courier.
TNI has a requirement for the provision of private coach hire services to facilitate a number of Familiarisation Trips and Business Events throughout each year. The service will entail the collection and transportation of persons as directed by TNI to and from various locations throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Tourism NI is now seeking to establish a contract to appoint Supplier(s) to provide coaching and transport services to help deliver it’s FAM trips and Business Events and achieve Tourism NI’s overarching objectives. The contract will be separated into Lots, one for each of the requirements below, which will be dictated by the FAM type and visitor and the business event requirements. Lot 1 Large Executive and Luxury Coaches Lot 2 Small to Medium Sized VIP and Executive Coaches There is no limit on the number of Lots a Tenderer can submit a tender for or can be awarded.
Tourism NI has a requirement to appoint Suppliers for three Lots to help deliver/manage events to help it achieve their key objectives: • Lot 1: Tourism Enterprise Development (TED) Programme • Lot 2: Business Solutions Events • Lot 3: Ad Hoc Corporate Events The contract will run for a period of three years with the option to extend for a further period of up to and including 24 months.
Tourism NI wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake the following tasks: • Supply, storage, delivery and installation of corporate, industry and consumer display and promotional materials at both Tourism NI corporate events and sponsored/funded consumer events; • Technical AV support for in-house delivered Tourism NI corporate and industry events.
Tourism Northern Ireland wishes to appoint a Supplier or Suppliers for the supply and delivery of its advertising, design and marketing services. These requirements have been split into 3 Lots as detailed below. Whilst no spend is guaranteed against any of the Lots, the maximum anticipated value of each Lot over the lifetime of the contract is detailed below. Lot 1: Strategic and Lead Creative Agency with an estimated contract value of £14,375,000 Lot 2: Digital Media Services with an estimated contract value of £6,250,000 Lot 3: Offline Media Services with an estimated contract value of £14,375,000. Supplier(s) should note that there may be workload fluctuations at different times of the year. All of the above Lots will be evaluated and awarded independently of one another. There are no restrictions on the number of Lots a Tenderer can bid for or be awarded. Therefore, tenderers may tender for one, two, or all three of the Lots. For all lots, Tourism Northern Ireland will aim to appoint a maximum of 2 Contractors per lot. These Contractors will be ranked 1 and 2 in respect of each Lot on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) being awarded rank 1

Client") wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide a Managed Business Support Service to
the tourism industry
Tourism NI wish to appoint a Supplier to carry out a programme of industry research. As a core requirement Tourism NI envisage a minimum of one tourism barometer survey each year with a broadly representative sample of Northern Ireland’s tourism industry to provide an insight into year-to-date tourism performance and outlook for the remainder of the year. Additional be-spoke ad hoc industry surveys and research projects on a range of industry wide or sector specific topics may also be required including for example; evaluation surveys for industry support programmes and key Business to Business trade events, including business conferences surveys, These additional surveys and other projects, such as quick turnaround surveys and qualitative in-depth interviews/ industry focus groups will be ad-hoc, demand-led and budget dependent. The contract period will be fixed for 3 years with no optional extension. Please refer to tender documents for full details.
Tourism Northern Ireland (TNI) wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide a Managed Business Support Service to the Tourism Industry. It is anticipated that this Contract will commence in May 2022 for a duration of one year with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months each.
