Together Housing cannot offer a minimum number of properties or value of work, and priority to sustain our employees will be given. Together Housing Group wishes to engage a service provider for external audit services in respect of the financial year commencing 1st April 2024, therefore the first audit will be of the financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2025. The financial year is from 1st April to 31st March so this date coincides with the start of the annual audit/financial cycle. The Audit Together Housing Group’s objectives for this tender process are to appoint a firm who: • Has extensive experience in auditing financial statements for Registered Providers in England of similar or larger size and complexity through its external audit service• Is a high-quality provider, with high standards of professional service for the delivery of external audit services • Will deliver the service from an office based in the North of England in order to attend in person planning and committee meetings if required

For the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services

Together Housing Association (THA) have a requirement for an outsourced catering service at our Frickley Mews Extra Care Scheme. The potential provider is expected to provide hot meals at lunchtime for a minimum of 59-65 flats with the possible inclusion of 8 units for reablement. Hot meals are to be provided 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays.The proposed contract is due to commence 1st July 2023. The duration of the new contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for further 2 years in two 12 months periods.

This is a contract for the provision of clerk of works services for a development in Pendleton, Salford.

Together Housing Association Ltd and its subsidiary organisations is looking for a Tenderer(s) to be appointed to provide solar PV maintenance services for a portfolio of circa 2,000 systems installed on Together Housing’s properties. Services required will include the replacement of inverters, the replacement of AMR meters, the installation of bird edge protection to solar arrays, the decommissioning of solar PV systems, the replacement of solar panels, and planned maintenance inspections on systems.
