Together Housing Association (THA) have a requirement for an outsourced catering service at our Frickley Mews Extra Care Scheme. The potential provider is expected to provide hot meals at lunchtime for a minimum of 59-65 flats with the possible inclusion of 8 units for reablement. Hot meals are to be provided 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays.The proposed contract is due to commence 1st July 2023. The duration of the new contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for further 2 years in two 12 months periods.

Services required will include the replacement of inverters, the replacement of AMR meters, the installation of bird edge protection to solar arrays, the decommissioning of solar PV systems, the replacement of solar panels, and planned maintenance inspections on systems.
