Thirteen's internal talent team oversee all of Thirteen's recruitment and proactively recruit for posts; securing a place on the framework agreement does not guarantee a specific level of recruitment spend with your agency. Thirteen require the arrangement of a framework agreement to be established for the provision of recruitment services. The framework will cover our tier 3 to tier 6 roles, as shown in appendix 1. We will appoint 2-3 suppliers per lot (up to 21 suppliers in total), ranked 1st to 3rd; and bidders can provide a submission for more than one lot. The successful suppliers will be required to work in partnership with Thirteen and use Thirteen's applicant tracking system, currently Jobtrain, to put forward suitable candidates. This framework will be used for the recruitment services of both temporary and permanent positions. This framework agreement is to be established by Thirteen Housing Group.

Thirteen Group are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified bin cleaning, bin chute cleaning and bin chute maintenance company. The duties will be inclusive of bin room deep clean; paladin bin deep clean; smoke testing of bin chute; bin chute clean; fusible link activated fire closure plate inspection and servicing. These duties (where applicable) will be undertaken annually at the following 18 multi-occupancy Thirteen properties across the Tees Valley and our newly obtained premises in Hull

As stated in the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 England and Wales building owners are responsible for ensuring fire safety systems are correctly maintained. THG therefore require a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out the servicing of all Smoke Ventilation / Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) within Thirteen Group high rise properties and commercial buildings in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice. Contractors must be registered and hold membership of UK Fire Association, British Approvals for Fire Equipment, FIRAS, The British Fire Consortium or similar approved. Engineers / Technicians must hold all relevant certifications.

THG are seeking to procure a contractor for the provision of its day to day compliant scaffolding requirements to cover repairs and maintenance, investment works and sundry access.

We require a single service provider to deliver the following works at Orchid House, Thirsk. The provider must supply all labour, materials, plant, and equipment required to complete the works to a high standard, ensuring health and safety compliance and minimal disruption to residents.

Due to backlog of empty homes works and reaching full capacity on Thirteens Repairs & Maintenance Voids Framework. (Thirteen have reclassified Voids as 'Empty Homes) Thirteen are seeking to procure a contractor to provide additional support to the Empty Homes In-House Teams for the provision of Empty Homes Works, including MSD ( Major Structural Defect) Empty Homes, electrical works and damp and mound in line with the provided specifications and KPI's. The batch of works (20 properties) for this contract will cover approximately a batch of standard and MSD empty homes work. All 20 Properties will be issued in a single batch and must be completed no later than 13/03/2026.
