These duties (where applicable) will be undertaken annually at the following 18 multi-occupancy Thirteen properties across the Tees Valley and our newly obtained premises in Hull

The Group requires a fully inclusive Pest Control Service within domestic tenanted and void properties, offices and any areas of land owned, rented, leased or occupied by Thirteen Group. This service provision will mainly consist of properties within the Teesside area; however, the Group’s housing stock is located throughout the Northeast and North Yorkshire. Please note the contract is not limited to these areas and service delivery may be required elsewhere within the UK region.
