SIEM/SOC Requirement Brief
Thirteen are looking for a partner to design, implement, and support the implementation of a SIEM. In addition, the partner must have a 24/7 SOC (either directly or through your own partnering) which can supplement the internal Cyber Security team at Thirteen esp. during non-working hours.
This is a new requirement at Thirteen and we are looking for advice and guidance inc. any pitfalls. Thirteen are in the process of a cloud migration, to reduce the on-premise footprint to as close to zero as possible.
Whilst Thirteen primarily use Microsoft solutions, there are several bespoke housing solutions that would need to be included in any suggested designs.
Thirteen are requiring this to be live in 2024.
Please contact procurement@thirteengroup.co.uk with key details of your product and solution. We will be using this information to inform our project brief and define our requirements. It is possible that we may reach out to a few providers for further information.
It is likely that we will be using the CCS DPS RM3764.3 to procure this solution.

Thirteen Housing Group are soon to issue a tender for our Recruitment Agency framework.
Prior to doing this, we would like to hold a market engagement session via Teams to gather feedback on the proposed solution. This session will be held at 2pm on 27th March 2024.
We will give a short presentation on the lots that we plan to use and how we envisage the framework working.
Rather than conduct Q&A during the session, we will issue a questionnaire sent to all participants following the session, to gain thoughts and feedback; we will share answers to questions following the session.
We welcome feedback from all recruitment agencies.
To register your interest and receive an invite to the Teams meeting, please email procurement@thirteengroup.co.uk with the email addresses of attendees.
