Wheatley Group intends to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Housing Construction and all other Associated Construction Works. The works under the Framework Agreement will deliver housing for affordable tenures. It is anticipated that up to 1, 1000 units per year could be delivered under the Framework Agreement across the Central Belt of Scotland and Dumfries and Galloway but reserving the right for use across any Local Authority area in Scotland. The works will be predominantly new build but may include a proportion of conversion, rehabilitation or renovation works to existing properties including non-residential and/or listed buildings. The works will also include enabling works including demolition, ground works, remediation and infrastructure. The Framework Agreement will be used by Wheatley Group companies as defined in the Generation 3 Construction Framework Agreement, incorporating Schedule Part2 Contract Terms and Conditions. The Framework Agreement will be established with several suitably qualified and experienced Contractors.

It is anticipated the tender opportunity will be a Multi-Lot Framework Agreement comprising of the following 11 lots however the Wheatley Group reserve the right to amend. Lot 1 Masterplanner Lot 2 Architect Lot 3 Landscape Architect Lot 4 Structural & Civil Engineer Lot 5 Mechanical & Electrical Engineer Lot 6 Quantity Surveyor & Employers Agent Lot 7 Multi-disciplinary Design Team Lot 8 CDM Advisor Lot 9 Clerk of Works Lot 10 Energy Advisor Lot 11 Planning Consultant

The Wheatley Group intends to establish a multi-lot Framework Agreement for the provision of Legal & Associated Services. The Framework will be divided into 6 lots covering Lot 1 Commercial Contracts Lot 2 Legal Governance & Charities Lot 3 Legal Employment & General Civil Litigation Lot 4 Financing Lot 5 – Sheriff Officer Services Lot 6 Property Searching & Reporting Services. The Framework will be for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Wheatley Group. Lot 1 – Commercial Contracts – including as a minimum procurement, construction, construction litigation, development, real estate, intellectual property, information technology and associated legal advice. Lot 2 – Legal Governance & Legal Charities – including as a minimum governance and business structures, data protection, charities advice including business structures and corporate matters and associated legal advice. Lot 3 - Legal Employment & General Civil Litigation – including as a minimum employment law, pensions advice and general civil litigation services. Lot 4 – Financing– including as a minimum capital markets and bank funding in relation to new and existing funding and relating to both Scottish and English law Lot 5 – Sheriff Officer Services. Lot 6 – Property Searching & Reporting Services.
