The Riverside Group, including its current and future subsidiaries and Evolve FS, wish to
enter into contract for 3 years, with the option to extend by 2 years. The annual contract
value is estimated to be between ?2m and ?3m with geographical spread likely to be North
of the M62 but likely to extend more Nationally. One Supplier is anticipated to be the key
strategic partner for the supply of vehicles to the Group. The fleet will likely be leased and
will consist of predominantly vans of different sizes. There may be a requirement for some
cars. Over the course of the next 3 years the total number of vehicles required will be at least
300 with the potential for this number to increase by at least 100.
The Riverside Group (TRG) wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake
new installs, servicing, maintenance and repairs to door entry systems. Services are required
at approximately 4300 block properties owned / managed by the Riverside Group ensuring
compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturer requirements and safety standards. The
tender is broken into two lots:
Lot 1 New installs,
National. Lot 2 Service, Maintenance and Repair, Regional lots
It is intended that the contract will run for an initial term of three
years, extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions. Any extension will be
at the discretion of TRG and subject to satisfactory performance.
The Riverside Group has a significant Cladding programme following government guidance and implementing fire safety assessments. We have circa 22 blocks that need cladding. It’s envisaged that The Riverside Group will be utilising the new PAS9980 approach to all projects, and this outline scope will then be developed further and concluded within the PCSA stage. The contractor will have full design responsibility for their design and the works.The predicted spend (but not guaranteed) is estimated at £300million over a four-year period.
TRG have a requirement for Quality Audits of the Compliance work streams. The Head of Compliance (Assurance) had identified the below areas which require QA services.

Lot 3 - Legionella
Lot 4 - Asbestos
Lot 5 - Fire
Lot 6 - Lifting Equipment
All lots will cover the whole of the TRG stock profile, with national coverage.
Ours aims and objectives are to obtain:
Compliant Quality Audits (To ensure work that has been done is correct, sense check sample and data. Spot check and site visit checks) covering the following areas:
Gas & Electric – to cover new installations and remedial works
Legionella – to cover Legionella Risk Assessments, Routine monitoring and remedial works.
Asbestos – to cover Asbestos surveys and Asbestos removal (licenced and non licenced)
Fire – to cover Fire risk assessments, Fire remedial works and servicing of equipment and Installs.
Lifting Equipment – to cover the major lift repairs and low value repairs as well as servicing
