The commissioned organisation will be expected to evidence an understanding of the Recruitment Market to identify skilled professionals to be appointed in posts within timescale communicated by each authority.
The Recruitment Services but not limited to:
• Provide a holistic recruitment service for hard to fill and critical roles where standard recruitment avenues have not been successful.
• Ensure an in-depth understanding of relevant role profiles; required knowledge, skills and experience; and organisational culture.
• Provide a CV searching and pre-screening service of potential candidates to ensure non-eligible applications are not received by the business.
• Maintain a talent pool of prospective candidates for notoriously hard to fill vacancies.
• Advertise roles on a range of job boards and ensure these are managed to increase flow of traffic to the advert.
