This funding is to support one service delivery provider who will deliver support for vulnerable people aged 18 and over (men and women and those with protected characteristics) who have been or at risk of being exploited across Norfolk. This service will need to demonstrate how it will offer immediate independent support and initial response to those, aged 18 and over (men and women and those with protected characteristics) who have been subject to modern slavery and exploitation in Norfolk that have been identified through police driven intelligence, operations and investigations.

The Seven Force Commercial Team is supporting the Police and Crime Commissioners for Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Kent, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire in identifying interested organisations in delivering Recruitment Services for Permanent, Hard to fill Roles. The commissioned organisation will be expected to evidence an understanding of the Recruitment Market to identify skilled professionals to be appointed in posts within timescale communicated by each authority. The Recruitment Services but not limited to: • Provide a holistic recruitment service for hard to fill and critical roles where standard recruitment avenues have not been successful. • Ensure an in-depth understanding of relevant role profiles; required knowledge, skills and experience; and organisational culture. • Provide a CV searching and pre-screening service of potential candidates to ensure non-eligible applications are not received by the business. • Maintain a talent pool of prospective candidates for notoriously hard to fill vacancies. • Advertise roles on a range of job boards and ensure these are managed to increase flow of traffic to the advert. • Advertise on a range of social media platforms to increase traffic to advert. • Advertise on a range of websites using audience and location-based targeting to ensure adverts are targeted to the right people at the right time. • Provide in depth, regular management information including candidate numbers and attraction rates to ensure clear oversight and return on investment. • Develop a Positive Action strategy in collaboration with each force.
