The Provision of Services for Standard and Medium Risk Domestic Abuse Victims in Derby City

Derbyshire Police wish to establish a single provider contract for the provision of Healthcare and Forensic Services. We require full time members of Health Care Professionals (HCP's), for a Nurse Led Service to be embedded within Derby and Ripley Custody Suites. The contract to commence on 1st June 2022 for a 3 year period, with options to extend for 2 x 24 months periods, a total of 7 years, ultimate end date 31st May 2029.

The Customer wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the Provision of The Supply of Defibrillators. The Customer is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). This Contract is being procured under the Restricted procedure.

The Customer wishes to establish a Multiple Providers Contract for the Provision of 24/7/365(6) Call Out For Vehicle Recovery, Storage and Disposal if Required Services. The Customer is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). This Contract is being procured under the Restricted procedure. 2.2 This tender is divided into 7 Lots geographically, and interested parties may bid for 1 or more than 1 Lot. Full details of the geographically areas covered per Lot and the number of recovery operators required for each Lot are clearly defined in the Contract Procedures Document V30. The duration of the contract is 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in 12 month slots or less as specified by Derbyshire Constabulary, subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor(s) and by agreement by both parties in writing The anticipated start date will be 1st August 2022.

Derbyshire Constabulary and Crime Commissioner are seeking to outsource the Provision of Civilian Detention Officers (CDOs) in Custody within their force authority area. This is within the secure estate of a police custody suites. As such it is ancillary to the role the police have of investigating crime. In this respect the Police are strictly governed by legislation in particular the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 and its Codes of Practice. This places a specific legal responsibility on the Custody Officer who is responsible for ensuring the legal process is discharged and has a strict duty of care to all detainees. The overall management of the contract to provide custody support is viewed as a partnership between the contracting authority and the successful bidder. The services provided will be effective, efficient, and meet the needs of the stakeholders and users, with CDO cover in line with agreed staffing levels and the appropriate balance of male and female CDO's for each team. Management practices will be supportive, innovative, and flexible and promote a 'can do' attitude with a strong focus on service delivery and performance improvement. The Contracting Authority is seeking to expand the service currently provided by CDOs to include level 3 and 4 observations and detainee escorts to hospital to support a police officer.

The Police and crime Commissioner for Derbyshire has a requirement for Laundry Services at 2 custody suite locations and one Police Headquarters This laundry service is a critical provision required primarily for the effective running of the custody suite facilities

Public Contact Improvement Programme (PCIP) - Force Control Room Technology Solutions

This Contract is being procured under the Open Tender procedure.

Derbyshire Constabulary requires a service for grounds maintenance ranging from weeding only sites to large Force HQ sites, with significant grounds and fields of over some 44 hectares of land. It will be essential contractors have large scale grass cutting equipment, along with a winter gritting service provision.

The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a multi-Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Reactive and Planned Maintenance Works and Project Works for the period of 4 years. The contract to be awarded under this procurement is a Framework Agreement which sets out the terms upon which Customers may make specific purchases ("call offs") during the life of the framework. The Framework Agreement shall not be an exclusive arrangement between the parties and does not constitute a commitment on the part of any Customer to award any call offs. The Lead Contracting Body is setting up this framework agreement for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire, the Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Authority and DPLP LLP to place call offs under it. The Lead Contracting Body is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). The Framework Agreement is being procured under the Open Procedure; this means that anyone can submit a bid in response to the published contract notice and this ITT.
