Following a PME exercise earlier in the year Northamptonshire Police are continuing their Force Control Room Technology Change Programme to enhance public contact and optimise incident management. The programme is intended to deliver a robust, scalable, and future-ready technology ecosystem that improves citizen experience and operational efficiency. Following the period of premarket engagement, the authority is considering our requirements and how these can be best met. Our intention at this stage is to run a competitive flexible procedure covering the following areas: -Contact centre -Capture and analysis -Workforce Management -CRM Please note that these groups include wider functionality and encompasses some of the original 9 capabilities detailed at PME. These can be met either by one supplier or through one supplier as prime with a number of subcontractors. The provision of a policy library system/software for the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire

The Police Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire in partnership with Blue Light Commercial are looking to establish a framework for pension administration and software. It is intended that the framework will be divided into two lots 1. Pensions Administration and 2. Pensions Software. Final decisions around the formation of the framework will be made following pre-market engagement.

The Provision of Fire Fighting Equipment to include Portable Pumps, Branches, Right Angle Torches, Positive Pressure Ventilation Fans for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service. The Authority is hoping to engage with the Market to better understand the Products available and to refine our specification prior to going to tender. We are hoping to hold a Pre-Market Engagement event towards end of September or beginning of October in Northamptonshire.
