AWARDED CONTRACT The scheme Includes a refurbishment to the first floor of Durham House in Laindon to include a large open plan office to accommodate approximately 31 staff. As well as several smaller office spaces, meeting room, locker room, kitchen / rest area, provision of universal WC's and showers and an IT server room. As part of the project we will also be upgrading the security of the site to include a secure fencing system around the perimeter of the site with vehicle and pedestrian access. Ground works to improve the parking provision and landscaping is also required.

To provide inspection, testing, servicing and reactive repairs for the following equipment: • Ramps • Compressors • MOT & Calibration Equipment • Air & Oil Supply Lines and associated measuring devices In addition the supplier will be required to provide a Reactive and Emergency Repair Call Out Service. The procurement will be split in to following Lots; Lot 1 To deliver the services for Essex and Kent Police Forces Lot 2 To deliver the services for Norfolk and Suffolk Police Forces

The design and construction of a new Police Station, together with external works, drainage and car parking at Dovercourt, Harwich, Essex. This was a 2-stage procurement. The key date and awarded date reflect the dates of the contracts at each of the 2 stages. Award values: PCSA and enabling works £219,699.68 Construction works £3,742,759.33

The Live Facial Recognition project incorporates the purchasing of an end to end Live Facial Recognition (LFR) service including the software and required hardware, to enable the provision of two fully functional CCTV vans and appropriate cameras for Essex Constabulary.

This is notice of 7 Forces Commercial Services award of the provision of new VM Ware VM Ware Enterprise Order (VEO) upon expiry of the current agreement. VM Ware is a solution that allows the hosting of multiple servers in a 'virtual' way; limiting the number of physical servers required and providing agile access for remote management of infrastructure. The VM Ware VEO has been facilitated by BlueLight Commercial on for Policing and the Fire Service. BlueLight Commercial have awarded the provision of this VEO to an approved Value Added Reseller via a Crown Commercial Framework.
