Supply of miscellaneous computer equipment the Pioneer Group

The scope of the Contract is the replacement of 141 kitchens to Pioneer properties. A single Contractor is required to deliver the entire scope of the Contract. It is expected that the kitchen replacement programme will commence in June 2023 and be completed by March 2024. Our current Internal Audit Contract expires end of March 2022. We now wish to procure a new Internal Audit contract to continue the Audit service for The Group. The key requirements of the Contract are as follows: • Development of high-quality internal audit services that achieves Value for Money • Development of close working relationships • Dedicated account management • Establish an effective Service Level Agreement with appropriate performance measures • Regular feedback, updates and reporting The Pioneer Group is also looking to secure maximum added value from the Contract. The scope of the Contract is the replacement of 992 fire doors at Pioneer high rise and low rise properties, located on the Castle Vale Estate. Full details of the Works to be provided under the Contract are contained in the Specification set out at Appendix 1 of the Invitation to Tender Document.
